The stay was okay. The location is good, and the villa was decent. However, some aspects could be improved to provide a more comfortable experience

The main issue was that the address listed on Booking was incorrect. The property is shown as Świętego Jakuba 71, while the actual address is number 59. This was quite frustrating, as we arrived tired in the evening and had difficulty finding the villa. Unfortunately, the host was not responding to our messages on either WhatsApp or Booking at that time. The villa itself is quite basic and modestly furnished. Some amenities that we would normally expect were missing, such as a coffee machine, shower gel, face towels, and other small comforts that could make the stay more enjoyable.

Krásné ubytování, jsou to dvojdomky s velkou zahradou a parkováním. Paní majitelka velmi příjemná, Domeček je čistý a dostačující pro pobyt. Kousek od Energylandie, takže úplně vyhovující, nám se moc líbilo a doporučujeme

The backyard was nice with plenty of space for children to run around. Quite good location - close to shops and Energylandia. Parking is away from the road.

Train is very close and it passes by quite often. Beds are on the second floor and it was so hot there even with the windows opened. Both bedrooms didn't have proper doors, which was unpleasant as children were sleeping and the wooden staircase made a lot of noise. No bathroom on the second floor also was a bit uncomfortable with small children. The terrace/balcony was nice, but no chairs were available, so..what is the point of having it? :) The backyard was nice, but if you are not lucky enough and get a house facing the road, you cannot watch children from your patio, you have to go and sit with them in the playground. The biggest minus - it was very dark in the house! In order to have privacy you have to keep blinds shut. Houses are near to each other and there are people passing by all the time. After shower you cannot walk around e.g.naked because the front door has a window without any cover. Many guests had small dogs with them and owners took them for a walk IN the territory.
