Quiet location ; charm of the building and the historical contents and decor; and great staff especially Maja. Tour by the Marquis and all his wonderful stories . Good cafe and Italian restaurant below and they offer 10% discount to B&B guests
Decor was charming, but found it lacking in space to store things, including the bathroom where few shelves would help. Lighting is romantic but not bright enough when needed. The bed again is romantic, but has a step to climb to get into bed. Could be a problem for anyone with limited mobility. Bathroom is lovely, but shower stall / wet area felt very slippery and maybe a rubber floor mat would help

Beautiful house, with exceptional staff and hosts. Wonderful position on heart of Valletta. Very comfortable bedroom.
The only small detail was that the WiFi signal in our bedroom was not always good

Location is fantastic and the staff were exceptional. Great bed and the tour of the house was an added bonus. Only a small number of rooms means personalized service. The staff even remembered how I took my tea each morning! I’d stay here again.
Absolutely nothing!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was a privilege to stay in this piece of history.Maja and her staff were always polite and happy to help with our late arrival and late checkout.
We stayed in the Clock Room - beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast in the garden was a great way to start the day alongside Kiku.
The private tour hosted by the Marquis was a highlight of our stay in Valetta and we would recommend every guest should take advantage of the opportunity.
The location is perfect for reaching restaurants and tourists sites on foot.
We cannot think of anything we didn't like.
