Great location - front row at Kings Beach. Very comfortable, with bedrooms away from the road. Backyard and pool area were a welcome addition. Everything in the property was thought of: boogie boards, toilet paper, tissues, detergents, condiments etc. Enough for our stay. I’ve never stayed anywhere so well equipped.
Huge redevelopment of Surf Life Saving Club. Not the fault of the property, but disruptive in many ways. This work should be finished soonish. It’s not a flash apartment, but it is very comfortable and clean.

Loved the location. Although some council work going on across the road, could still see and hear the sea. Very comfortable and liked having the two bathrooms. Close to cafes, pubs, boardwalk. Excellent communication from owner.

Loved everything about this place, so homely had everything you wanted already there, fantastic beach views from the lounge room and balcony, kids books for when they get bored, hair products incase you forget yours, after 3 days we did not want to leave. Will be back for sure .
Weather wasnt kind to us so didn't get to use our very own private pool

Perfect location, everything you need is close by and the view from the balcony is the lovely. The neighbours are friendly and welcoming also. The apartment had everything we needed, great place for a family to stay. The pool although a bit rundown was fun. The patrolled beach is just across the road.
The outdoor facilities at the property are a little rundown - the pool needs repairs, the outdoor area could use a little bit of a clean up.
