Very central nice apartment just minutes from Plaza Espana. Friendly and flexible cooperative hosts. Warm enough in wintertime and quiet bedrooms.

Livingroom is noisy but bedrooms still quiet. Small fixings would make it better.

I have been travelling by cycle for 10 weeks in Spain and have stayed in hotels hostals, guest houses etc -It was so good to stay somewhere and feel at home. The apartment has everything you would need. Location is good -communications with owner were good.

Heating to the whole building wasn't working during my stay in Feb so it was a touch on the cool side -think contractors were working to try and fix it. The owner did provide an electric heater which helped. Suppose ideally it would have been nice for the apartment to have a balcony or somewhere to sit outdoors.

Clean, cute & cozy. Great location, near Plaza de España where you can join the locals for a lively environment at restaurants. Bed, shower WIFI all good. Coffee maker in kitchenette ( Bring or buy your own coffee ) Walk to the beach, walk everywhere. We didn’t spent much time in the apartment. Functional ELEVATOR. There was an AC but didn’t need to use it.

Didn’t have time to dislike anything. Arrived late first day, left early last day. Nothing to do with the property but make sure you go eat BEFORE 2 PM, otherwise, kitchen CLOSED!
