This property is right on a quiet beach so you actually get to hear the waves while sitting on the terrace. It is so relaxing here. It also comes with kayak and sun umbrella you could use. Big shout out to Alessandro who welcomed us! He gave us amazing recommendations in and around the area. The fresh cannoli and prosseco welcoming us as we arrived is such a lovely touch. Alessandro also brought some beach towels for us since we were travelling light so didn't bring any of this. Overall a 10/10. Thanks Alessandro!

The location is remote so you definitely need a car (preferably a small one) to get here.

Przepięknie urządzony, bardzo wygodny apartament, nad samym morzem.

Wszystko. Dbałość o detal, design, miejsce z duszą. Alex okazał się świetnym hostem. Czekał na nasz przyjazd w nocy, powitał poczęstunkiem, cannoli, proseco, udzielił potrzebnych informacji o miejscu pobytu i atrakcjach w okolicy. Spędziliśmy tam cudowny czas.

Alex contacted us by whatsapp prior to our arrival providing us with clear and helpful information on how to get to the property, including where to get off the motorway, how to use the toll and warned us about speed cameras. Alex met up with us to give us the keys, he gave us a tour of the house and provided us with instructions. Basic necessities were left by the property owner and he/she gifted us bottles of water, beer and Prosecco which we very much appreciated. Alex also suggested restaurants in the area and gave us cards of some restaurants in Taormina to receive a 10% discount if mentioning his name. As we were finalizing the check-in process Alex presented us also with a welcome present which is a box of 3 Cannolis made in the bakery where Alex lives. We devoured these amazing Cannolis as soon as we sat down on the terrace overlooking the Ionian sea. The property is very secluded and you have access to the beach and since the location is remote, it is more or less a private beach (pebbles - water shoes are recommended). The apartment has a large open living room kitchen area, with ceiling to floor windows and sliding doors that take you to the terrace (which makes it very airy and bright) . It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The way the bedrooms and bathrooms are located, you can have your own private unit - useful when travelling with friends. We were only there for a couple of nights and we spent most of our days either on the beach or on the terrace during the day and evening. Thank you Alex and Property Owner for all your kind gestures in making our stay memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back and absolutely recommend your property!

Die Lage war einfach traumhaft und Alex, hat uns mit Arancini empfangen und uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen über die Gegend und die Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Er war sehr bemüht und half uns auch, nachdem wir etwas im Mietauto vergaßen. Man konnte sich immer bei ihm melden. Der Blick aufs Meer und der fast private Strand waren wirklich einzigartig. Den ganzen Tag konnte man dem Meer lauschen und den Ausblick durch eine große Fenster front genießen! Es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details, die die sizilianische Tradition widerspiegelt. Alle Schlafzimmer waren mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet (insgesamt 4, wobei eine, jene in der Küche nicht funktionierte). Möglichkeit der Nutzung der Waschmaschine.

Trotz der wunderschönen Lage, die die Wohnung ausmacht. Muss man einfach sagen, dass sie in vielerlei Hinsicht renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Fensterfront war schön, jedoch konnte man nur eine von vier Türen öffnen. Genauso konnte man nur zwei der vier Vorhänge hinaufkurbeln. Rund um die Wohnung war einiges heruntergekommen und die Fensterfront aus dem Schlafzimmer auf das Meer gerichtet, war ebenso kaputt. Bei der Dusche gingen die Armaturen bereits herunter! Leider gab es keinen richtigen Bett Überzug :/
