Spazi esterni, piscina, verde molto curato. Abbastanza vicino al centro per andare a piedi (800mt) ma di giorno, la notte la strada è un po buia e senza marciapiedi. Parcheggio comodo in struttura.
Pulizia in generale. Cucina senza pentole. Non c era il sevizio di pulizie se non una volta a settimana ma nemmeno scope e materiale per pulire in autonomia.

Good location, although not as walkable as we initially thought. Accommodation a good size, slightly smaller living area than photos show. Room serviced twice in 10 days.
Staff helpful when needed.
Pool area lovely with nice views. Grounds kept well.
WiFi is absolutely dreadful, struggled to get any service anywhere on the grounds.
Aircon is only upstairs and didn’t really reach downstairs.
No check in instructions provided and no real information about the property (where to dispose of rubbish etc )or the area within the accommodation, apart from an old folder with some leaflets in Dutch.
Cooking facilities were minimal but sufficient.

We stayed in the ground floor one bedroom apartment for 12 nights. The apartment was a good size with all self catering amenities. There is a large patio area with a view of the gardens. The air conditioning is in the bedroom. The pool was relaxing with sun beds and a shaded canopy, and you can see down to the sea. A short walk into town, slight hill and no pavement but easy 8-10 minutes. Vivi and family were very welcoming and serviced the apartment 3 times during our stay. I would definitely recommend Vivi’s apartments, good location, peaceful, and good value for money.
The apartment could do with a light in the kitchen area as the cooker hood light and fan didn’t work. The shower tray leaked. The TV didn’t work during our stay although they did try on several occasions to connect it to UK programmes. Only small issues.
