Lovely place to just go relax. Hot tub and firepit make chilling outside very enjoyable.

Had a great getaway. The property was perfect; all the amenities, peaceful and secluded. Really enjoyed the game room, and the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. Will be back.

We loved our family holiday weekend at Willow Valley Ranch! The house was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed the game room and closed each evening with the hot tub and fire pit. We also loved the quiet serene countryside! Tim, our host, was very quick to reply anytime I messaged him with a question. We definitely want a return visit to the ranch!

This was perfect for our daughters 14th birthday weekend! The property was AMAZING. The game room was fantastic. Ping pong, foosball, board games, archery, bocce set, game balls for every sport…the list goes on and on. We used the hot tub every night, and also used the fire pit to make s’mores. And I enjoyed my coffee in the sunroom each morning while watching the birds.
The house was very clean, and everything was provided that we could have possibly needed. (And more!)
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the process very smooth.
We have rented VRBO’s for several years…for occasions like this, but this was one of our favorites. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great time at this cozy ranch. It has so much to do and we didn't want to leave. All the amenities such as the hot tub, outdoor games/activities, fireplace, and play areas were just perfect for our family. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Even though we had chilly weather, we were entertained and loved it. Looking forward to another stay in warmer weather so we can really take advantage of this great property.

A great Thanksgiving/Christmas family rendezvous for us coming from Houston, TX. This allowed us a headquarters on a beautiful fun-filled property to meet with our Nebraska family. This property has so much to offer ...from trails to meander the property to hot tub and separate game room...wow!

Paradise in Tekamah
This property is amazing and so beautiful. It's a little piece of paradise in Tekamah. This was our 2nd stay and the 2nd of many we hope in the future. It has so many things and for kids so many things to do from riding bikes, playing in the games room or going on a scavenger hunt. Can't wait until we can return. Tim the host was wonderful and easy to contact.

This property is amazing and has more things to do then you could imagine. Its truly a place for all ages and there is something for everyone. It's defiantly a place to disconnect from the everyday life and truly enjoy family, friends and just your own thoughts. We will defiantly be returning.

Tim's place is the perfect way to unwind and get away from it all. The house is spacious, clean, and well decorated. The hot tub is relaxing, private, and offers a great view. The game room is well-stocked. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to slow down and have a relaxing weekend in!

The owners were very responsive to all our questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to disconnect for a while and not have to travel far!!!

Willow Valley Ranch was the perfect spot for our Chicago and Denver families to meet up, relax, and spend time together! Willow Valley Ranch was the perfect spot for our Chicago and Denver families to meet up, relax, and spend time together! We needed to be close to Lyons Nebraska for my Dad's memorial service and were able to get back and forth easy had plenty of space (even was able to host some family at the house on Sunday with plenty of seating and room for all) everything was clean and loved the fact that they had so many things and amenities available for us to use! We will definitely be back.

Excellent escape
This house and grounds were gorgeous. Had an excellent stay amd it was great to get out into such a beautiful setting. Everything we needed was there in the house. Hot tub was great....totally enjoyed meeting the frogs!

What an awesome place to get away with friends and family. There are so many activities we ran out of time to do them all. The owners have thought of everything! All you need is clothes and food! My golden doodle had as much fun as us girls did! We will definitely be back!

A small group of friends got together for a relaxing, quiet, laid back weekend getaway and this house could not have been more perfect for that! It was so accommodating, and had everything we needed. The outside space was amazing! The new game room was a huge bonus and kept us entertained. We will definitely be back again this year!

We had an amazing time at this property! The kids were in heaven!! Bikes, nature walks and exploring, outdoor games, treehouse... and even when the weather didn’t cooperate, the game room and movies were epic... not to mention the hot tub! The kids are already begging to go back! Something for everyone

Great place for a family getaway! We were a little unlucky with the weather, but still found plenty of things to do. Had great fun in the game room! We need to go back in the summer to be able to enjoy the property even more!
