Location is great, peaceful and clean. Bike station on the corner. Host is responsive.

It was so dirty there! There were ticks and fleas in the beds! My daughter was bitten by a tick!

The courtains were super light and there was way too much light evening and morning. Not many pillows.

It seemed like the perfect property according to the description. The property manager was also responsive, but there was no time when all amenities were available at the same time

There was no hot water when we arrived. A couple days later there was no water at all. The internet was spotty at best, and sometimes completely unavailable, and I missed important work calls. The stove didn't work on our last day so we couldn't cook the food we bought. We spent a lot of money solving problems that we expected would be covered, and there was never an offer of reimbursement.

Loved the neighborhood, very quiet. Convenient to almost everything except tourist stuff, perfect. The management company was super responsive. After a couple of days I asked about lack of hot water, they came to turn on the heater almost immediately. All questions answered within an hour. I highly recommend this apartment for families and couples. It was perfect with our dogs. They even added a tv hooked to the internet. I'm taking one star off because I was working remote and had to go into Centro to a co-working space.

Wifi was marginal at 20 Mbps. Good enough for streaming but not for working remote.

We really liked the fact that we had internet. The security guards were very helpful with directions on how to get around.

On my opinion ou visit was nice. However we are a family of 6, and I think 2 more towels would have been helpful. On other matter, in most places like this they have sun blocking curtains in the rooms in case people want to sleep in. Here they only have see through sheers that makes sleeping in very difficult. One more thing there is no information about any services around the area.
