Outstanding visit.

We had an excellent time in Palmetto Bluff, as always! The check in process was awesome and the house was, overall, great. We were just missing a vacuum and dust pan/brush to tidy up a bit. I really wish we had these so that we could maintain the cleanliness of the house. Nevertheless, we loved it!

I have stayed in Palmetto Bluff more than 10 times and can honestly say this was one my favorite houses to rent. It was extremely convenient to everything, and the house itself was large yet somehow cozy. The furnishings were all excellent and no detail was missed.
Palmetto Bluff continues to be one of the nicest places on earth to visit. The dolphins were plentiful surrounding our kayaks each morning, and the tennis courts (right by the house) were in tremendous shape. Each restaurant brings its own special quality - and nothing is more pleasant than an evening cocktail outside the Octagon restaurant.
I loved this house so much that I was sad all the way home that I was leaving it behind!

Wonderful stay
Amazing house, perfect location where you can walk to everything. House was great for a large family with little kids, and the rental company was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will be back!

Perfection!
Beautiful house perfectly appointed for our visit with 4 adults and 6 children. Kitchen has every gadget you could imagine, fire pit in the backyard was a hit for s'mores. Perfect location close to everything Wilson has to offer, but situated next to conservation property, so you have a sense of nature and privacy. Property managers addressed the few minor issues we had immediately, and their staff are friendly and approachable.
We would definitely rent this house again!

Pillows in all beds need to be replaced. The pillows are flat. I tried stacking one on top of another one, but it made me too high. Master bath on right after entering the house had leak that occurred on the last day. Outside door from the laundry room needs to be replaced. It was very difficult to unlock or lock. Finally, we just left it locked.
our grand children were very disappointed that our rental did not include the golf cart. The language in the agreement seemed to indicate a golf cart will be provided. Similar issue with the bikes. When we signed the original agreement, it included bikes. Later we were told they would not be provided. After some further discussion, 3 bikes were provided. They were very old bikes. It appears the owner's golf cart was in the yard with a cover over. We had to rent the golf cart from a rental company and paid $90 per day. I felt we were mislead on this issue. I will not recommend this house to any one because of these issues.

Great family vacation
We had an excellent family vacation over the 4th of July in palmetto bluff. The house fit our young family perfectly and was in an excellent location in Wilson village. Everything was a short walk or golf cart away. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful retreat in challenging times
We've stayed at several other properties at Palmetto Bluff and this turned out to be one of our favorites -- the house is in mint condition, extremely comfortable and in a really great location, within walking distance from all the great amenities/activities PB has to offer.
More importantly, the owner is an incredible host and a pleasure to deal with -- any requests we had, Jana was always available to quickly take care of them.
Too bad coronavirus got in the way of an otherwise great stay -- many PB activities/amenities had to be curtailed to promote social distancing. Even so, just being able to bike around and enjoy the peaceful, beautiful scenery was enough.
We'll definitely be back!

Wedding gathering place.
This was such a great place for my family to gather to celebrate my niece’s wedding! In the midst of all of the events, it was perfect to be able to come back here, relax, and be together. Everything was comfortable and easy. Thanks so much!!

Property was easy to find, very attractive. Superb sound system, kitchen that is actually used, no scrimping on stocking of necessities like paper towels. Doesn’t live like a rental; lives like home

Picture Perfect Palmetto Bluff!
Wilson Cottage was the perfect house for our bridal party get-away and Palmetto Bluff provided the picturesque backdrop for a relaxing weekend! The house is within walking or biking distance to several pools, restaurants, and shops. Lounging around in this house is also easy to do with lots of seating, comfy blankets, and heavenly beds! Huge walk-in showers and a dreamy soaking tub made it hard for us not to spend all day indoors. I can't wait to find another reason to travel with a group to Palmetto Bluff and visit Wilson Cottage again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND-5 STARS!!!!
A friend of ours got married at Palmetto Bluff and we stayed here for the weekend. If you can't tell by the pictures, this home is absolutely beautiful. We were originally going to stay at the Montage which is the hotel on property...we thought it'd be less expensive. We ended up staying here and actually saved money since we were able to bring our own food & drink. We also had more space to relax while we weren't enjoying wedding festivities. We were also within walking distance from restaurants and activities.
Jana was so helpful leading up to our stay. She provided us with parking passes, pool passes, and was prompt to respond to any question I had. During our stay, the property managers were incredibly responsive and SO friendly!!! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. You will absolutely not regret it.

This house was very clean and perfect for a couples' golf weekend. We enjoyed the house and everything about Palmetto Bluff. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Another fantastic Thanksgiving
This was our 2nd stay at the house for Thanksgiving. The house sets up so well for us. Kids get their own rooms and location is so close to everything with golf carts. We love the Palmetto Bluff resort and plan to come back.
Bay continues to be pleasant and easy to communicate with. She always checks in.
We will return! Maybe a tennis weekend?

A great, much needed family celebration and retreat
Our family of eight adults and a few granddaughters had a great time celebrating a special birthday in this beautiful house at this beautiful place. The bedroom configuration was perfect for our children and their spouses Our granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) thought the bunkroom made a perfect playroom and asked to go back to our vacation house when we left We made full use of the bikes, grill, well equipped kitchen, and the resort amenities. The owner was so pleasant to work with and even made a second round of tee times when the men fell in love with the golf course. Oh did I mention that the house was immaculate. Thanks so much for a great family retreat.

The house was wonderful. Very open and inviting. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bedrooms. Easy walking access to the pools, workout facilities, kayaking, etc. These facilities were first class. We would definitely come here again.

Great place for extended family getaway!
This was a great place for our 3 daughters and their families to gather for 5 day get away. The house was large and comfortable and had great space inside and on screened porch for relaxing and visiting. It was a short drive to the beach at Hilton Head. There was a lot of activities at the resort as well. Kids and grandkids loved this place.

The home was immaculate, nicely appointed, and the quality of everything was top-notch. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Communication both when booking and nearing arrival was immediate. EXCELLENT!
