Gallery Townhouse & Home

An excellent place to stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Porto. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. Despite its central location, it is remarkably quiet. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast deserves special praise. It is outstanding, with an excellent variety of options and a chef who prepares everything fresh to order. As someone who is on a gluten-free diet, I was particularly impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my dietary needs. They went above and beyond to provide gluten-free pastries and ensure that my meals were prepared in accordance with my dietary restrictions. This level of care made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Porto and would gladly stay here again.

The breakfast was plentiful tasty & fresh. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean plenty of clean linen towels & toiletries.

Safe didn't work & couldn't find a fridge in the kitchen downstairs.

Great location in arty district with amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. Short walk to centre. Massive room.

The actual room we stayed in was lovely but so many changes to reception, bar areas breakfast service & staff since we stayed last year, & not for the better

We stayed last year & even though the hotel was opposite the hostel part of the accommodation it still felt more of a hotel than a hostel. On our return visit this year you could see the changes straight away the bar area is now reception/ limited bar the reception area was a hostel meeting area. The breakfast last year was presented nicely this year you had to chose what you wanted from a sheet & order at the kitchen area. To be fair if you hadn’t had the amazing staff & sevice last year maybe it would be ok but I just don’t think the luxury hotel & hostel work too well together, such a shame
