A great stay - nice view, high-quality furnishings, and a beautiful new boat dock with plenty of padding and tie-offs. Perfect boating location in between Pensacola and Orange Beach. Parking was never an issue and the staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks!

Super clean, pretty furnishings, tastefully decorated; huge wonderful shower and incredibly comfortable bed in master suite. Best sleep I've had in a long time. View of Ono Island is so peaceful. Loved the high Adirondack chairs on balcony. Also loved how the dining room and living room were so spacious and had the big windows. Dawn was great and very accessible. Would highly recommend.

The place is roomy and nicely decorated with a great view off the balcony of the back river. The bed is comfortable. The building has a good elevator , fast and central . Nice pool overlooking the river. There are storage closets outside your rental but I was not given key access. The beach is across the street and you are allowed to park in the two parking lots of the two sister buildings of the same name. The beach is lovely with pools and hoses with showers to clean up when leaving the beach. Also, you can swim in the pools that overlook the beach (I think). The kitchen is well appointed with a great prep counter and big fridge. Salt and pepper and sugar were provided. The disappointment came with the 55/car charge for parking which was not evident. In fact, if you have two cars the fees are per car with a max of two cars. I did see that there was a parking fee when I signed the contract but since we were in a hurry, and there was no indication of a parking fee when I specifically asked, I was not worried that it would be more than a nominal fee. 55 is not nominal. VRBO advertises that ALL fees are included. They did not tell the truth. Having warned you about this unreasonable fee, I will add that the place was clean. Prepare to put in a load of their towels, strip the beds and do the dishes and put them away. Why do they get a 200 cleaning when you do most of the work.The location is supurb
