Great location, clean and as described. There is a private field next to the unit which is not shown on the photos I don't think, but that didn't cause any issues as it was very quiet throughout our stay. The beach is a short walk and then over the dunes. Really nice overall and we would book again given if we're in the area.

Great property. Nice quiet end of site. Good price. Transport just outside the site to get you to yarmouth beach front. Can walk it too. Dunes and beach out the front of the site. Would recommend to any family.
