We recently vacationed with 2 adults and 4 teens. The condo was as described, clean, updated, comfortable, and stocked with all essentials, and enough space for the 6 of us. The beach chairs provided were great and appreciated. Host was great to communicate with. We typically stay in the South Forest Beach area and are used to the big, wide, flat beach which we LOVE and come to HHI for. The beach across from this condo is not that kind of beach so take that into consideration when planning. The beach here is sloped, short - even at low tide, and full of ocean debris and washed up reeds, not what we were hoping for or expecting - we didn’t know and assumed it would be similar to S. Forest beaches. We ended up driving to Sea Pines Beach Club or Coligny Beach each day, which worked out fine, but not ideal. Access to the pool is an additional fee so consider that as well. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed the condo, biking all over Sea Pines, and the kids enjoyed Salty Dog for breakfast, but will stay elsewhere next time due to personal preferences.

The location of this condo was amazing!! It was spacious, beautiful, and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The owners were wonderful to work with when we encountered a few issues. They were responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken when we arrived. We were without AC for three of the four days, and for two of those days we had workers in the condo. The first day they were troubleshooting and the second day they were replacing the unit from 9 am to 6 pm. They were very kind workers even though we were coming and going as they tried to work. The washing machine also stopped draining mid-cycle, so we ended up having to wring out our clothes in the sink.The owners were very apologetic and did provide us with a discounted stay, which we appreciated very much. Even so, the issues did put a bit of a damper on the trip.

We were able to enjoy the seafood, beaches, shops. Long time adult friends enjoyed the conversations and laughter
