Absolutely nothing! This is an apartment for rent by a company with little assistance. The apartment is in a back corner of a compound that is difficult to reach. We had to wait for someone to come to assist with our luggage as there was no way to carry it all to the apartment. Every window looks out to construction and dirt with active construction occurring.

The amount of construction, terrible views out every window, isolated apartment, no working air conditioning --after an hour they hadn't fixed it so we left with the understanding that they would refund our money. They still charged us $169 for the two nights. The temperature was 99 degrees outside and air conditioning was necessary for survival.

There is no breakfast, the property didn't offer so.

The furniture quite old though clean, need renewing.

the property was not bad considering Egyptian standards.

I have a problem with their way of taking a 100$ deposit and then taking nearly 12 days to return the deposit. This is unacceptable. I had to follow up to get a refund. avoid this property because you might not get your deposit back without follow ups.

The host team were unprofessional.

The host person in charge was unprofessional and lair.

The security guys of the compound itself

The host was very nice and communicated everything in advance. Very tastefully designed. It was also very quiet unlike most of Cairo. The swimming pool was a great treat - large and clean. I would stay there again. Easy commute and uber was always about 1min away!

The only thing I didn't like was the security weren't very nice and followed me around and to my room pretty much every time I returned to the residence even after I showed them my key.
