Lago Hotel & Spa - Adult Recommended

Very nice and new hotel, very friendly staff!!

Walls are a bit thin, so we heard the neighbors a little bit.

-The staff were very friendly and accommodating - the hotel was directly on the lake and provided access to sunbeds for free - was very good value for money - a tasty breakfast buffet included with good variety - well maintained gym and swimming pools - they provided nice amenities in the rooms - they offer massages for reasonable prices - very close to Ohrid old town

- you have to give advance notice about using the sauna and indoor pool and it was almost completely booked - the toilet seat in our room came off and there were also a few stains on the sheets - one of the saunas was broken and the other wasn’t the proper temperature, the spa area was generally also a bit cold (maybe because we were there at the end of the opening hours) - the showers never got very hot and at night were only luke warm - the massage room floor could have been cleaned up a bit better and also the music was just a random radio station with ads

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Everything was great!

I suggest offering a wider selection at breakfast, including more healthy foods such as cereals and a greater variety of fruit.

Oliver was very nice. The Sauna was nice. It was quiet.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water the first two days. The breakfast was OK. However, the eggs were cold. Lots of coffee. Which was nice. Lots of pastries for those who like sweets.
