It was a quiet location surrounded by very nice beach homes. A beach path was close by as well as a well stocked grocery store.

That there weren’t more upscale dining choices nearby.

the kitchen needs a little TLC. better supplies and cleaner appliances. there were no salt or pepper apart of small pockets (the ones that come free with take outs ), no oil, no napkins, just one bounty roll. outdated/rusty pans and grill very positive: great supply of glasses, dishes and silverware. excellent fridge and outdoor furniture overall the house was clean and put together well.
