الفندق نظيف ولكن مزعج جدا جدا جدا الغرف مطله على مسار القطار الترام وبالليل ازعاج السيارات وبصراحة لا انصح بهذا الفندق ابدا ابدا ابدا توجد فنادق افضل منه وبسعر اقل وكذلك العمال لا يحاولون تلبية طلبك ولا يوفرون المناديل ولا ماء شرب بينما سعر الليلة ٢٠٠ دولار للاسف فندق لا يستحق التجربة مزعج جدا ولا يوجد به عزل كل الاصوات بالغرفه
لا يوفر ماء شرب ولا محارم ومزعج ومطل ع القطار وبالليل ازعاج الشارع والثمن مرتفع

Emplacement excellent sans le quartier du Haut Agdal. Chambre agréable. Tout le personnel a été très accueillant et disponible.
L'installation de la douche n'est pas au point. L'eau sort sur le sol de la salle bains.

Location is in the middle of the city, close to any destination you would like to visit in Rabat.
Staff was friendly and helpful for any questions to what to do or visit in the city.
The issue is since the hotel is in the mid of the city so from 7:00 AM you would start hearing cars and noises that comes from outside, which means that the glass of the windows are not sounds proof.

Not enough parking, which is a hard one too satisfy in the area.
More attention could be helpful in sanitizing of flooring.

Didn’t receive any receipt, though it was promised to be sent by email. No answer to messages.

Spacious suite, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed.
Room temperature was too high and a/c could not be activated - opening the window was a good alternative but that cancelled the excellent noise reduction of traffic and tramway.

friendly staff, and they were very flexible to change our room . very clean suite. fresh breakfast
shower area is very very small, when you take a shower all the bathroom get wet. the sound of moving chairs in the upper stairs can be heared

I choose it as it seemed to be advertised as a hotel that would service airport transportation. The ground transportation to Rabat airport is very sketchy, if you have an early flight prepare to spend 8 times what it cost you in.
