Location, the staff, the pet friendly area around the building.
The doors are tight and squeaky. You can hear the neighbors every time the open and close the doors.

It was very close to freeway. It was super clean and staff was friendly and efficient
The rooms we so empty. Not one picture in the wall, tile floor and no rugs. It sounded and seemed like being in a shipping container! Also no breakfast

The best feature would be price it was affordable.
Room was small. No breakfast options. Had to wait a bit at desk to check in.
