Wonderful staff, thanks to Marta & her colleagues! Nice location, ~15 minutes by metro from/to the airport (take the red line). Perfect breakfast. Excellent room with AC, TV, fridge, electric kettle.

Small room in a converted flat with several units. Stayed in a bigger room (9) before with terrace and bath tub which faced the street which was pretty noisy with open windows. Moved then to the smaller room (5) which was facing the back and more quiet. Bathroom is nice, also the design of the room is minimalistic but modern. Also a mini fridge was handy. The complimentary breakfast which you get delivered to your room was surprisingly big. Over the weekend even with scrambled eggs. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is not easy to find the place - it is in a normal residential building and there is no sign outside. In general the flat is quite noisy - you hear people in the hallway, also when they use the coffee maker for their breakfast coffee. The room was next to the kitchen and they start early to prepare and deliver the breakfast. You need ear plugs.

The sun room with mini bar is very helpful on breakfast or evening time. Breakfast was plenty of choices. The mini bar has tea and an electric kettle. Coffee machine starts at 8 AM. Location is in financial districts, surrounded by professional buildings, such as PWC, KPMG. Close to groceries, food court, 5asec laundry & dry clean. Safe place. Has a modern layout. Minimalis style. A lot of drawers. AC works well. Water pressure on shower and rain shower style were excellent. Location is close to metro Picoas station and bus stops to connect to sightseeing destinations. Communication with staff at the first time, follow by messenger in English made our stay comfortably. Thanks for Ricardo, Marta, Paloma, and other staff who made these happened.

Nothing. Just want to mention two things: this property won’t fit for family. It is a minimalist design. The elevator fit for two people with two small luggages. The light in the aisle is using motion sensor, and sometimes taking few seconds to turn on. So, hold/ turn on your phone lights when walking in and out in the floor. Second thing, the Bolt or Uber won’t be able to stop in front of the property. In busy hour, the driver dropped us in the intersection Thomas Riberio.

Good location between three metro stations. Awesome breakfast
