Our group consisted of my husband and myself with our 3 little kids all under 10yrs old. My parents and my sister. The house was a perfect home base for us to start our day of adventuring and return to at night to relax. There was the perfect amount of space where we could all be together enjoying a meal, time by the pool, or a movie... but also nice separation of space for us to enjoy some time a part. Fantastic location so close to food, groceries and activities. Loved being close to Hanalei bay for beach trips, shopping and the awesome Saturday farmers market. The pool area felt very private even though we were in a neighborhood. Had all the cookware and dishware we needed for our group. Awesome beach chairs and boogie boards for my kids. We had such a blast. Thank you for all the memories in this beautiful home.

This stay was everything we could ask for. Our family of 9 stayed here for our first time in Hawaii. The house was awesome! The large living area was nice for our family and separate bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The undersell how much available stuff they have to use such as towels, surfboards, paddle boards, a kayak, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment etc. No complaints at all from us!

The house is gorgeous, and in a great neighborhood walking distance from places in Princeville, and a very short drive to Hanalei.
All the beach supplies were a huge help to not have to rent or buy chairs and umbrellas.
We were disappointed to find the house only sleeps 10 people in beds, so 2 of our guests had to sleep on couches or air mattresses. The VRBO listing had 6 beds, but one was only an air mattress.
Other than that we enjoyed everything else about the house!

We booked this vacation out a long time in advance and could not be happier with our choice. We had a large family group that started at 7 and ended up with 12 for 4 of our 7 nights. The house has plenty large enough for 12 of us and we did not feel crowded.
The kitchen is beautiful and so was the covered patio/deck/bbq on the main living level. We spent a lot of our time with the bbq and sitting enjoying the outdoors. The main kitchen was stocked well and we had pretty much everything we needed.
The large selection of “toys” in the garage will be a big plus to most families. The beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was appreciated. We donated some more snorkel stuff to the collection that we bought at Costco. The really didn’t use the bikes or exercise equipment but it was nice to have everything there including an extra refrigerator and ice chests!
The neighborhood was very quiet and we had ZERO issues with any of the neighbors, although we are an exceptionally quiet family. But there were no issues and it’s a great neighborhood. We did not use the pool, being at the local beaches every day, but a few of our group used the hot tub one or two nights and enjoyed it.
The lack of air conditioners upstairs was NOT an issue. There is a nice breeze and the windows being open upstairs and the 3 fans kept the main living area very comfortable and the AC units in each room kept the bedrooms very comfortable at night.

My dream to bring the whole family to Kauai came true with this visit. Fabulous property close to Hanalei, just where we wanted. Owner was very accommodating, helpful and easy to reach. Property had many things to use onsite - they should list more!, beach chairs, towels, kids toys and books, 3 portable cribs, air mattresses, cart to carry things, second fridge, paper goods left behind by previous renters-amazing! Pool and hot tub were wonderful, good water pressure, air conditioning in bedrooms worked great. Thank you for the best time ever.....and for making my dream come true xoxo

What a tropical oasis...from the moment we arrived we felt "at home" yet on vacation. Perfect for our family of 11...8 adults and 3 children under age 4. Backyard area is gorgeous, just as the pictures show. Well equipped for children, private bedrooms/bathrooms, loved the open space, nice neighborhood and the owner is more than accommodating. Grocery store extremely close for essentials. Would stay again!

The property was clean, centrally located, well appointed and furnished. It had everything we wanted for a paradise vacation. Kelly was super accomodating, and the property manager, Jaymi, responded immeditely with answers to the few questions we had. We have absolutely no criticisms. All of our group praised the property. None of us wanted to leave. On a scale of one to five, we give it a ten.

The home was big and beautiful and I can't say enough about how gorgeous Princeville is. The home was well stocked with all the essentials including toiletries and toilet paper. The only thing one would need to purchase is the food you are planning to cook and eat along with paper towels.
Communication with owners and home managers was easy and I always received a quick response.

Beautiful home with a fabulous layout for a large family gathering. A bit of a hiccup with the stove not working to make birthday cakes but still a great stay. Kelly is very accommodating and a wonderful host. I recommend her beautiful home for your Kauai stay.

The house was perfect for our large family. It has toys for the kids, laundry detergent, shampoo/lotion and many towels. The refrigerator in the garage was perfect for storing all of our extra food/drinks. Host was available by phone and text. Would definitely stay here again.

Our large family of 10 was blessed to visit this home for 5 nights for a family getaway.
The home is in a perfect Princeville location to enjoy all island activities. Our young adults loved Hanalei Bay being so close, and we all loved shopping in the cute shops so close. (The Spot for Breakfast is a must!)
We enjoyed walking to the Westin with the ocean views just down the road.
We've rented A LOT of rentals throughout the years, and this is one of the best-- This home is the perfect configuration to enjoy family time together with enough space to spend some downtime away if needed. The backyard pool is a great little oasis of tranquility.
Home is SO well stocked with everything you could think of. We would have saved tons of moolah if we had waited to shop until after seeing the home- not the average *starter* packs of supplies, but the full-size version of toilitries/soaps/garbage bags, etc. were stocked- A definite plus! AND- more than enough beach towels for every family member- a great asset!
After reading the review about local neighbors being upset over rental owners, we were concerned that we would have issues, but we had no trouble, and any encounters we had with neighbors were pleasant.
Communication with management was instant and all questions immediately answered.
This home has a warm, loving spirit and we'd definitely return for a future visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Princeville home with many amenities including beach equipment, and a well-stocked kitchen. The bicycles need a tune-up but other than that everything was wonderful. We loved picking oranges from the trees there to make fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning. The pool was chilly for me but the hot tub was perfect. We had a great time.

Three generations came together for a week. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was large and well equipped, so helpful as we cooked all meals except lunches. The round dining table accommodated all 12 so we could eat together. The pool and hot tub were a hit anytime we were not at the beach. And the well stocked “toys” in the garage were a big hit, getting lots of use. The house location is excellent relative to access to the best North Shore features.

Our large family has a perfect week in this idyllic Kauai home and neighborhood. The 4,000 square home was laid out well, making it comfortable for all. Every night, we walked, skate boarded and biked to the market for treats or to get shaved ice. Hanalei beach was 5” by car. We used the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels! The kitchen was fairly well stocked for the average cook. We played games on the comfy patios, which has high quality furniture. It was a lovely trip!

We were a large diverse family group. The home had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. We found beach supplies, games and toys for our babies. We brought supplies with us but found the house was already supplied.
Any problems we encountered were solved immediately. The pool area is lovely for swimming and sunning. A short walk takes you to a children’s playground, market, restaurants and shops.
Coming from colder climates, we found the bedrooms without air conditioning to be too warm (only 2 had air conditioning) but overall the house is first rate and the owner and manager super to deal with.

The property was beautiful but you can tell the neighbors are tired of renters and weren’t all smiles to see us play with the kids in the driveway and center island. Also, the main living area and kitchen is upstairs so there was a lot of going and down. Also, probably by design, there is no barbecuing or eating around the pool.
