This hotel has the appearance of a great get-away but is far from it. We paid for 8 people to stay at the hotel and were only given passes to swim for 7 people. When I asked the front desk for an additional pass they said I could pay an extra $10 for another pass. I told them I would only be sitting on the side of the pool and not swimming. They still said it would cost $10. Because I didn't want to spend $10 just to sit on the side of the pool, I sat outside and watched as people who were obviously "friends" of the owners of the hotel come and go with free access to the pool. The chemicals in the pool were over the top and all our kids were bright red for the rest of the day with excess chemical irritation. We went to bed at about 10pm. At 11:30pm a family in the room above ours entered the room with small children. How do I know? We all woke up out of a dead sleep as the children proceeded to jump and run around the room. The floor sound barrier was ZERO. We waited 30 minutes before finally calling the front desk for help. They said they would take care of it. 15 minutes went by, no change to the running and jumping. We called back and they said the people said they would try to be more quiet. The noise finally stopped at 1:30am! To make everything more interesting you can hear every flush of the toilet above you as though it is right in your room. The hotel was built cheaply though the rooms appear very nice. Don't be fooled. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. And West Valley City is known for high crime in Utah. When we pulled up to the hotel there was literally a cop car and two cops talking to a guy outside. That should have been an indicator of what we were getting into. Do your research on Google, this place has horrible reviews on Google but unfortunately we found that out too late.

Great room layout for family of 4 with 2 teens.

We had 7 people to make happy on our trip to Utah, our 2 bedroom suite was a perfect fit and everyone loved the huge hot tub. Kids loved the water slide and pools. The breakfast was wonderful and a good variety of items. Something for everyone.
