Lovely hostess was as helpful as possible.
Lock to room door didn't work. Mosquito net was too short to tuck in because it was too small for the bed.

The Charming Bungalows really are charming! It is located in a quiet area, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. But the highlight of the place is its staff. Everyone was very friendly and made sure that we had all that we needed and even more! Breakfast was very good (I had read other comments here that mentioned it was somewhat too small but we had more than enough!). We also needed to leave slightly earlier than breakfast time, but they kindly agreed to prepare us breakfast earlier. We also had dinner there every day, which was very practical. We highly recommend staying there and will definitely stay again at the Charming Bungalows next time we are back in Mwanza.
Nothing! The rare times during our 15-day stay that we needed something, it was fixed within a few hours.
