Beautiful historical building in a beautiful peacefull area. Easy to reach and only 10 minutes away from Peebles. We stayed in Barns Library before and wished to stay in the tower once. It proved to be well worth it.
Nothing wrong really but do keep in mind there is no elevator and rooms are spread in the tower.

Beautiful tower in a lovely location. Nice little welcome pack left for us too. Peebles is a lovely town with lots to see and do. Walk along the river highly recommend.
Tower was so cold. When we arrived it was dark and only half the heaters were on. We got all the radiators on but it took 3 days for the building to warm up properly. Additional bedding, portable heater etc would have been good. We did request blankets the following day and were given two. Log fire in lounge blew back a lot of smoke into the room. Clothes smell heavily of smoke and it stung our eyes.

The bed was exceptionally comfy and the whole property was tasteful and quirky
It would have been nice to have a gate on the outside sitting area to contain the dogs
