ottima posizione vicina al centro e poco distante dal mare, appartamenti (ne abbiamo presi 3 in quanto eravamo in 11 ragazzi) molto grandi e ben forniti con phon, cucina, asciugamani. il proprietario mi ha trasmesso via what's app tutte le indicazioni per accedere agli appartamenti coi codici in modo molto chiaro e preciso (credo utilizzando intelligenza artificiale), per ogni nostro dubbio o domanda era sempre reperibile e ci ha prenotato transfer per andata e ritorno dall'aeroporto. quando c'é stato un blackout elettrico nel quartiere ci ha avvertiti subito ed é venuto a risolvere il problema

We stayed in the penthouse apartment with roof terrace for 4 weeks feb-March. Unfortunately Malaga had a lot of rain for most of our stay and consequently we had a massive leak in the second bathroom so we could not use it for the last week or so as the ceiling was completely mouldy and about to fall in. We also had another leak in the apartment hallway which I mopped up daily. This could have been avoided if the gutters had been looked after properly and the foliage removed from them. The apartment is really nice but the leaks spoilt out holiday. The owner visited us but there was nothing they could do until we had vacated. Another apartment was not offered or any sort of compensation. The state of the roads outside was ridiculous. I agree with another review that they should not have rented out the apartments whilst this mess and noise is ongoing. It definitely would not be allowed in the UK due to the safety aspect. Having to manoeuvre our way round diggers and generators was not something we had looked forward to. The noise was awful some days as they were right under our windows so we had to keep them shut. The noise could be heard from the roof terrace too. All such a shame because it’s a great house and nicely renovated and excellent location for Plaza de La Merced. We love Malaga and will be back again next year for sure but maybe not this apartment unless it’s been totally repaired and the roads have been fixed. The road itself is also a bit derelict but hopefully they will renovate some time soon. The communications we had with the agent were pretty good but I felt that they weren’t that sympathetic. The roof terrace is up a further stairway within the apartment. It’s nice up there when the sun shines. I can see there’s a bit of an issue with the pigeons but it wasn’t a deal breaker. It’s nice to hang the washing up there to dry when it’s sunny!
