We stayed here in the middle of July and had a great experience. Here are my thoughts:The good:The owner was a great communicator and even sent notice of a local event, in case we wanted to attend. The view was extraordinary. Also, the porch where you can sit and look at the view is very thoughtfully furnished. There are two high chairs, a high table between them, and two footrests. Because they're high, you can see over the railing and take in the full view of the ocean. The bathroom appears to be a newer remodel and they did a great job with it. Very nice shower.Supplies: there were sufficient supplies for our 5 days there. Once we turned the ice maker on, it was prolific. You'll have no problem having as much ice as you want.Their storage unit by the beach has just about everything you'd want: chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet. We never heard neighbors, even out on the balcony.Of note:The AC unit in the bedroom is a little loud. The bed is a little soft. Still ... we slept really well. The parking pass was hard to find. Check the white binder by the Keys rack in the kitchen.Ike's Beach Rentals does the chairs and umbrellas. These are not the wooden chaise lounges you get at other parts of the beach, but fold-out chairs. They were fine. The elevator is super slow. Not a problem, just a note. Across from the elevator are several carts for use.I absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect beach trip. The condo was stocked with all we needed for a wonderful July 4th weekend. Had a great view for multiple fireworks shows along the beach.

This is one of the best places I have ever been to. The condo was clean and the layout was perfect. I really liked the attention to detail. The storage room on the first floor was really nice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!!

It took two hours and numerous phone call to get the code to enter the unit.
