To Start Off, we stayed at this beautiful home with 7 adults and 5 kids.
The drive to get there is Stunning and beautiful!
Driving in to The Home as well did not disappoint, the owner of the home also had the driveway freshly plowed for us!
The views from the home were something out of a magazine, absolutely breath taking.
Each room has a beautiful view, spacious and so clean!
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, and we all wish we could have stayed forever!
Every morning, we saw families of deer, wild turkey’s and could hear the wildlife of birds, woodpeckers & much more! ‘
The Kids were able to play in the snow on the property, so we didn’t need to go anywhere there was so much safe space for the kids to play in the snow !
The owner Glen was nothing but Helpful!
When the heater for the water wasn’t working correctly in the master bedroom, Glenn immediately sent someone out to fix it!
He was on top of everything making sure we had the most amazing experience for our work trip!
Kitchen HAD everything!!! Fully Stocked on cooking equipment!
The showers were fully stocked and so clean! The bathrooms were so beautiful and clean, people were making comments on how much they loved the bathroom counters !
We hired a private chef that Glenn recommended to us, and he was amazing!!! He exceeded all our expectations!

My (now) husband and I found this house during our search for a place to stay for our group of 11 after we decided to get married in Zion National Park! Glen's home had everything we needed and more: Space, amenities, proximity to the park, privacy, connections with a wonderful chef Rheanna, and above all... the views!!! During our booking process and prior to arrival, Glen was very helpful answering any and all our questions. We wanted to host a small dinner on the patio following our wedding and he pointed us in the direction of who we could rent from! Everyone we met knew and loves Glen! We had Rheanna cook dinner for us 3 out of our 4 nights and she became part of the family. The theater is a must, and while most of us fell asleep in the cozy theater chairs, we did make it through half a movie!
I would definitely recommend Glen's home and all the additional amenities he offers to anyone looking to stay in Zion!

We enjoyed a fabulous mini college reunion at this gorgeous property. The location was perfect for spending a few days in Zion park, a day at Bryce, and a few days just enjoying the home and landscape. Plenty to do and great kitchen for cooking together. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing property. There is a new owner and he made some terrific upgrades including some fun games outside like a bocce ball court, horseshoes, cornhole, and the most comfortable hammock you've ever been on. There are multiple fire pits, a sunset deck, outdoor grills, it just goes on and on. It is just outside of Zion and has a small view of the park on their huge deck. Every night after a day of adventure we would lie on the deck and look at the dark sky and watch satellites, meteors, and shooting stars. The house is huge, the description and pictures are accurate. It's rare to find a house this fabulous, near a national park, that can house so many people. It was wonderful to be together under one roof as a family. Just down the road is the Ponderosa Resort which has a bunch of activities and a restaurant. We rented 2 golf carts so the teenagers could go back and forth if they wanted to do other activities. I cannot say enough about this home and the property owner. The owner was accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this incredible home and everything it has to offer!

This is hands down the best VRBO at which we have ever stayed! Glen is an absolutely magnificent host, responding to inquiries almost immediately and being extremely accommodating. If you are looking to book more than just a house, but a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the place! We were there to celebrate our dads 80th birthday with 4 generations of family present and there was something for absolutely everyone. My mom keeps asking if she was dreaming or if it really happened. Everything about this home is high-end, no corners were cut in decorating or supplying the house with everything you would need for an exceptional stay. You know those rentals that you get that are all Ikea furniture or obviously the old furniture owners move from their house when they buy new furniture? This is absolutely NOT one of those places. Everything here is top of the line — from the beds in every room to the furniture throughout and outdoors, even kitchen supplies.
We didn't really even want to leave the house to go explore Zion, as the house sits in the most perfect location with incredible views in every direction. Some of the top hiking trails in Zion are right outside your door and it's also quite close to Bryce Canyon. We didn't spend a lot of time at the Ponderosa Resort, but the amenities there were also quite nice, with the pool, shop and restaurant. Even learned a spooky ghost story about a nearby house built in the 1900s along the incredible hike down Jolley Gulch.

Glen’s Zion Villa is an amazing property. We had our wedding and a reception dinner on two of the Villa’s patio’s with beautiful views of Zion in the background. It was a small ceremony so we were able to have all of our family stay with us on the property.
Glen is a great host - he was very helpful with ideas and recommendations for our ceremony.
I would highly recommend this property whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, family reunion or just looking for a phenomenal getaway

This property was beyond expectations, and expectations were high based on posted photos. The architecture is immaculate, as well as the furniture and accents. We had a perfect family reunion, starting with every family member entering the house with amazement. The only downside is it will be tough to beat this property for future family reunions.

Our trip to Bella Vista Zion was magical. Our family with four generations gathered from around the country and this beautiful house had something for everyone. The views are outstanding! There are so many outside areas to relax and play.
The view from the downstairs master bedroom is amazing! You can see all the stars from your bed.
The kids loved the game rooms,theater and hammock.The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for us to enjoy meals together.
Zion National Park is close and so beautiful.
Glen was so nice and helpful before we got there and there was no reason to contact him while we were there which is good.
We would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone visiting Zion!

Everything about this home from the views, the fact that every bedroom has their own private bath, the well stocked pantry, the plethora of appliances, pots, pans. dishes was beyond our expectations. Top that with the best Host/Owner Glenn who not only provided us with a ton of great advice prior to our trip but was available throughout our stay by answering phone calls and texts within minutes. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be back again and again.

We came for a family retreat at Zion and this was one of the houses we rented!
The house is absolutely beautiful! It’s more like a castle than a house. The amenities were wonderful. The view from the living room is breath taking. It was the nicest house we have ever stayed at.
Glen was very kind and understanding of our situation and worked with us above and beyond!
We will definitely come back and stay at Glen’s beautiful “castle” when we come back at Zion!

This was the most impressive home we have ever stayed in. They had everything to keep us busy and have a lot of fun. The owner was absolutely amazing.

This is a beautiful home and property. We were 8 adults and 6 children. We all enjoyed the bocce ball, corn hole, hammock and gorgeous views outside. The views are just as magnificent from inside the villa in every room. The villa is spacious with plenty of activities inside including a pool table, foos ball, and theater room. We enjoyed the amenities of Ponderosa Ranch, the mini golf, grill and shooting range. This home is incredibly close to the East Entrance to Zion NP, which is much less crowded than the main entrance. It is an easy drive to many hikes outside Zion as well, don't miss the Sand Caves near Kanab and the Red Hollow Slot Canyon in Orderville. We all loved our time here and would come back in a minute. The owner, Glen, is quick to answer any questions and make sure you have a pleasant stay.

My husband and I planned our entire wedding out of state with the incredible help of Glen. He was always available to answer any questions we had and always willing to give suggestions for local vendors. Our stay at the villa exceeded our expectations- everyone couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the property is and how spacious it was for our 18 guest wedding. Although it was a long drive from the Las Vegas airport, the drive through Zion was worth it. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing stay for my family and I. We celebrated a special day together and the property made it all the more enjoyable. The fire pit outside area is perfect for entertaining and the view out the back is one of the best views anywhere. We particularly enjoyed the large, fully stocked kitchen and the laundry room. The stars shine brilliantly here and we could not get enough of them. Glen was a kind and exceptionally helpful host with suggestions if needed. Thank you and we will be back one day!

Lovely Home
The home was perfect in everyway! The space was great for our family members and friends. Enjoyed using the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice; comfortable bedding and nice having private bathrooms. Enjoyed the outdoor space; games, hiking, hot tub and the beautiful views.
Great location to the parks too!

Glen and his beautiful home on the East side of Zion provided a perfect platform for a large family winter holiday. We were lucky because it snowed while we were there. The property is spectacular and the location is perfect to access hiking and biking. Our 2 families of 11 were easily accomadated. The Bedrooms and Baths are luxurious, like a 4Starr hotel.
The kitchen is fully stocked. Communication with Glen was easy. He checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. Glen recommended a Chef (Rihanna) and a massage therapist (Maddie), both did a wonderful job and made the trip relaxing. The views from the home were spectacular with huge windows to take it all in. We would start the day with a hearty breakfast and then take off for a long hike, in Zion, Bryce or just out the home. We did a horse back ride and some biking in the valley. After a plunge in the hot tubs and a great meal we would end the day with Board Games or a Movie in the Home Theater. Perfect. Highly recommend for a first class getaway!! Thank you Glen for sharing your home with us!

Best stay in Zion!!
What a wonderful house! We have stayed in many houses in Ponderosa Ranch And this one was the best by far. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need and more. The new deck was our favorite part of the entire stay. Watching the stars at night was simply breathtaking. There are so many fun activities to do for the kids and for us. The house was immaculately clean and the owner Glen could not have been more accommodating. We are already talking about renting the house again next year.

Family Reunion
Fantastic home for a family reunion. Home had the best stocked kitchen of any home we've stayed at. Every room had great views of the beautiful scenery surrounding the property. Deer, rabbits and a couple of turkeys on the property we're really nice to see on a regular basis. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

We booked this home for our 20th wedding anniversary, and invited my in-laws and my husband's sister's family and we absolutely loved this gorgeous home! we were pretty busy hiking Zion and only stayed a few days, but can't wait to go back sometime for a longer stay. Upon returning from our hikes, it was so enjoyable to soak in the hot tub and do some star gazing! beautiful hiking right from the house too! Glenn was super accommodating in assisting us with all of our needs and had great recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend this property!

We played bocce ball, corn hole and liars dice. the spas were clean and relaxing. views are epic. we also drove up the street to the observation point trail head from the east. We created lifelong memories here and hope you do to.

Our large group have stayed in 3 different houses in East Zion and you will not find a nicer home that this. The location and orientation provide unbelievable views. The beautifully maintained yard is well thought out and provides multiple areas for people to sit and enjoy those views, as well as take part in activities like corn hole, bocce ball or horseshoes. There is even a hammock under some shade trees. Mule deer wander by daily. The interior of the home is equally stunning with a very large and functional kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen has multiple ovens and dishwashers, room for several people to work at once and is unbelievably stocked. This makes cooking for a large group very easy. The rest of the interior is equally impressive and well stocked with sheets/towels, etc. Finally, Glen is the best host I have ever worked with. He is very responsive and genuinely interested in making your stay a special one.

We chose Zion Mountain Villa as the location for our very intimate wedding. Our only guests were those that could stay in the home with us for the entirety of the trip. We were all in awe of the beauty of the home as well as the incredible picturesque landscape from every window of the home. We had a little bit of difficulty arranging rooms at first so that all of the adults were comfortable but we made it work and there were no complaints. We spent our time there hiking in Zion, playing bocce ball and cornhole, enjoying the hot tubs, and spending time as a family by the firepit. Every room was suitable for our whole group and it was overall a wonderful experience. We were even greeted by some local animal friends outside the dining room window, it was like a fairytale. The only complaint I heard from any of the guests was that the master bedroom shower had a window that made them feel too exposed to the backyard because it is on the first floor. We put up towels to make the guests in that room more comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time and we will remember our trip to Zion Mountain Villa forever.

Just unbelievably amazing!!
Our family had an amazing time. The property was beautiful. The house was nicely furnished with all the amenities you could imagine. It made it so easy to cook daily for my family. It was so relaxing because you are surrounded 360 degrees by nature and views. Breathtaking views from every room! So many deer visited us daily so my kids had so much fun with them. Glen was a gracious host, his team came by multiple times with items to make us even more comfortable and happy! Thank you so much, if we come back to Utah we will stay here again.
