Breakfast not included.
Very good location and instructions on how to find it. Quiet at night, but with enough life around. Very good area for restaurants, transportation and close to market.
Good English and owner communicated well and in good time.
Great having AC and a washing machine.
We would recommend and go again.
Couch in living area not that comfortable. Another set of sheets.
It was otherwise really good.

The host was always ready to help. She reacted very quickly to all of our questions and requests. She didn't refuse any of our requests. She prepared some surprising welcome offerings.
There was nothing missing in the kitchenware. Everything necessary in a kitchen was available. The coffe machine with sufficient coffee capsules, etc.
The location is very close to the center. By 10 ...15 minutes walking we were able to cover almost all the most important parts of the city center.
The only negative factor with this porperty was the neighbours living in the same street. During day time they frequently talk very aloud to each other or by phone. Fortunately, they were very quiet after 24 o'clock.
