The location was great and the pace was comfortable, warm and spacious
Some things felt like they need updating - shower head and kitchen tap as well as the front door being tricky to lock and unlock

It was a perfect place to stay for me and my 18 year old, before I dropped him to university. It was right next to bus stops, costa and sainsburys.
Nothing to dislike really - the pub next door was noisy on Saturday night. You could heat every sound but nothing major.

The location was great. Right next door to a great little pub and short journey into Brighton. It was a lovely little house though.
The sofa in the living room was a bit small so as soon as there’s more than 2 people there’s not enough room, so no place to lounge after a day of activities. There were also a few long black hairs in the downstairs toilet and the kitchen tap needs fixing.
