the property was very clean and well equipped with home appliances and dish-ware. the owner was very communicative when we had issues or questions

the stay was a bit uncomfortable due to the heating unit inability to heat the entire place. we were cold the entire time. The second day being there the main door would not open with key and we had to buzz a random person in the building that lucky let us in. Also make sure the switch for the boiler is on to heat the water the hot water does not last long.

Apartment had everything a family could possibly need. Every little thing to make our stay comfortable. Everything is well maintained and perfectly clean. Looks exactly like in the photos.

Location and everything we need inside the apartment was provided. Comfortable beds. Host is responsive to our questions. Great terrace.

A lot of mosquitoes in the terrace. We have a lot of bites. We recommend to bring mosquitoes spray for the guests.

Wonderful apartment literally a few seconds walk from the Arena. It was spotless and very well equipped with attention to every detail from masks and hand-sanitizer to cutlery and glasses and even more. There is nothing you might need and is missing here. We loved the terrace (has a view to the neighbors backyards but is very big and nice to sit on in the evenings). Also very close to the bus station with buses going to different beaches and the airport.

The only minor things are that the bedroom window is to the street and in the last night some drunken tourists were loud but if you keep the window closed and use the air-con it's no problem. And unfortunately there is no storage if you want to leave your luggage after check-out but the owner informed us of one in the bus station nearby.

The apartment is well equipped with many kitchen tools that you can use to cook or for breakfast. The apartment is very large, tidy and with a big bathroom. The terrace is quite and warm at the same time with the tools to keep the apartment clean. Not to mention that at the entrance there were masks, sanitizer gel, handkerchieves and instructions for Covid-19 prevention and protection. Great communication with the owner.

Location is perfect. Host was very polite, helpful and nice. Everything is reachable by foot. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. Great kitchen, space bathroom and terrace.

The only thing that could be better was if we could stay for few more days.

When looking for a place to stay in Pula I was immediately drawn to the photos of this property: they show a very new, modern, stylish and attractive apartment. I didn't even notice until I got around to my review that only 13 people before me had left comments (I often look for places that have a few more reviews). But that matches the first thing I wanted to say: the apartment is immaculate. I had the feeling that I was the first person to rent a newly-renovated place. You really have to look to find any sign that anybody has been there before you. I wish my own apartment was as nice as this one. The terrace is just as new as everything inside, I can confirm you'll want to spend time there. The window in the bedroom is on the street-side of the apartment, but I found that its excellent sound insulation pretty much any road noise. I cooked every day and found everything I needed. The only thing that was missing was a serrated bread knife. I bought a cheap one and left it in the kitchen, so when you use it (it's orange-colored, you can't miss it) be sure to say thanks to Ken. My return flight was quite early but, in case you're faced with the same schedule, all I had to do was leave the keys on a table. Off-season (October), at least, the price was perfect. I will definitely come back here if I return to Pula someday.

Newly opened spacious and comfortable apartment, located just a few steps from Pula's major attraction-amphitheatre. Also close to the bus and railway stations. Fully equipped is a super option especially for longer stays. A very helpful host!

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. Very convenient. Very close to the old town. The host was super nice, very communicative and helpful! I definitely recommend to chose this place while staying in Pula.
