Very spacious. Not fancy but Clean, with a very agreeable and quiet garden/ terrace. Convenient kitchen with the necessary equipment to cook. Equipped with a good washing machine and efficient air con. Very nice and modern bathrooms. TV in every room - the kids enjoyed that.

The rest of the building is dirty and the neighbouring street is dirty too. Only 1 WC: not a dealbreaker for us, being only 4 travelers; probably more of an issue for larger parties seeing that the property can host up to 7 or 8. Small beds (130 or 140cm wide). Mattresses were way too soft for our taste (even though we like a bit of softness- might be an issue for people with back problems). Uncomfortable pillows. We asked for 3 beds to be prepared for us (1 couple + 2 teenagers, male/female). Only 2 beds were done. Requested every day for an extra set of bedsheets to equip another bed. Even though they were promised everyday, they were never delivered.
