J'ai beaucoup aimé le confort de l'appartement, la luminosité, le confort du lit, le calme alors que l'appartement est situé en centre-ville. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé le fait qu'il y ait des condiments pour cuisiner (sel, poivre, huile, sucre...) et du riz et des pâtes dans le placard!

Il manquait une passoire, justement lorsqu'on cuisine des pâtes ou du riz. Il était aussi un peu compliqué de trouver l'endroit exact mais j'ai appelé Daniela qui m'a bien guidée et tout a été parfait!

Очень удобное расположение, центр, до остановки 100 метров, чисто и уютно, владелец на связи и готов решить проблемы, если они возникнут. Очень доброжелательное отношение к гостям и что очень важно, вполне адекватная цена. Рекомендую.

Всё устроило, нареканий нет . Рекомендую.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment it is very pretty with lots of storage space, and fully stocked kitchen. The AC is very quiet and there is no street noise from cars. Just steps from the front door is a walking street with many stores and cafes and restaurants, also a grocery store is only one block away.

To be 100% honest - host was responsive, even allowing me to check-in before the stated time, as the apartment was free. The location was truly nice - center of the city. It is a cosy place to stay if you're visiting for a short while.

I didn't like a couple of things in general: 1) WiFi did not work initially. No WiFi name provided, so I started guessing which WiFi network it is. Password also didn't work for me even after I found out the WiFi network. How did I find out the WiFi network ? I climbed on the wardrobe to get to the router and then used the physical pair (WPS) button to connect to the WiFi. 2) If you work remote, environment is not ideal inside the apartment. Would advice to visit one of the many nearby cafes. 3) While everything else was perfect, payment wasn't. Booking listed is at 190BGN. After widrawing cash from the ATM, I was charged 200BGN(had no change). Personally I do not care about this difference. However, for some people this can be a bad experience. From a professional standpoint, travelling for business I do not enjoy seeing the booking price and actual payment price be different. I was aware of this during the entire transaction, but wanted to see if the host will go through with it or admit to the price difference. If for you this is a problem, pay attention and keep everything as it is on Booking. Update on 3): After a lot of back and forth with the host, this is including the parking payment. I am totally OK with this. However, this has to be disclosed for people.
