Great property, great location. The roof is awesome!

La camera tripla era spaziosa e pulitissima, con AC ben funzionante e frigo. Pur non essendo una struttura lussuosa, è estremamente curata e funzionale. Il personale parlava benissimo inglese ed è sempre stato cortese e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, a pochi metri dal lungo fiume e da un antico tempio su una collinetta vicina e a 10 min a piedi dal mercato notturno. Il plus è la piccola piscina sul tetto: pulitissima con una bella vista e piacevole per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata di visite nel clima umido! Tra l'altro un ottimo punto per osservare gli hornbill, che a volte vengono proprio a riposarsi sulla terrazza, o che si vedono spesso in volo prima del tramonto e anche un albero in lontananza gremito di flying fox!

🪳Didn’t have a great stay, unfortunately.
My first impression was soured by the fact that my room didn’t have a real window. To be fair, there was a window — but it looked out into the corridor, which I of course had to keep closed for privacy. One of the towels was dirty, and on my second day I noticed a cockroach wandering peacefully across the room. When I reported this to reception, they assured me they would replace the towel and clean the room to address the issue. However, when I returned in the evening, the room hadn’t been cleaned and the dirty towel was still there. The receptionist told me that either he forgot to pass the message to housekeeping, or housekeeping didn’t manage to follow through — I couldn’t quite understand due to a bit of a language barrier. The room was finally cleaned only on my last day. The cherry on top was checkout: the day before, I had asked whether I could check out smoothly around 5 AM as my bus was early, and I was told yes. But when I arrived (in a hurry, as expected), it turned out the staff needed to check the room before letting me go — even though they had my debit card and could have charged me in case of any damage.
