Great stay, really enjoyed it.

Getting to the parking is tight, take a wide turn into the back street.

Good location within reasoable walking distance of the centre and close to the railway station

Not all the lights worked. The shower head would not stay in place. The access to the parking was very narrow, but the parking bay was fine.

Great location by the river. Provided a parking space which they kindly allowed me to use for a short time after we checked out. Facilities clean and smart.

Bring some tea bags with you :) (or make sure you go to the one stop round the corner)!

It was very clean, good water pressure and amount of water and I really appreciated the iron and board. There was a good amount of sockets, which were usefully placed. The room exceeded my expectations

I did not have a decent sleep either night. Though it was surprisingly quiet outside, it was actually the emergency exit sign within the room that kept me up all night. It was so bright it lit up the entire room and I only got about 5 hours of unrestful sleep. I didn’t bring a sleep mask as I can’t wear them anymore. The second evening we had some inconsiderate guests who were very loud and coming in and out. It took me a long time to fall asleep afterwards. I really appreciated the secure doors but they are very loud and echo in the hallway. With two days of little sleep I actually opted to pay more for the train to leave Norwich early my last day as I was so exhausted.
