Great location, walking distance from the seafront restaurants and bar area, and easy way to continue by road from there and go northern to the beaches and Parga. Convenient parking in the streets nearby. Spacious, clean and comfortable with nice shower.
There is continuous light from the Emergency EXIT light over the door, which made it bright in the night. This can be prevented if it is rewired differently (non-maintained mode), where it goes ON only when the power is cut.
In the summer there is some noise from the street throughout the day if you have the window open and also the noise continues until late in the night because of youngsters at a nearby cafe.

LIKED EVERYTHING AN AMAZING PLACE ANS SPOTLESS!
8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2023
The apartment was stylishly decorated and modern, and very clean. The facilities were all well appointed, including a kitchen with fridge stove top. The bed and linen were excellent.
The city centre location gave easy access to super markets, shops, the marina and restaurants/nightlife. 15-20min walk to nearest beach.
The cooking equipment was sufficient but limited.
I'd recommend adding a corkscrew, a plug for the sink, a spatular, a chopping board and a good sharp knife.

Posizione centrale e conseguentemente rumorosa: laterale alla strada più frequentata di Preveza, su di un incrocio. Ambienti nuovi, puliti e razionali. Letto ultra comodo.
Il modo di relazionarsi con gli ospiti.
