MILAN ROYAL SUITES LUXURY P.ZZA DELLA REPUBBLICA

Excellent stay! The hotel has a great location, the facilities were exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind. What really stood out was how helpful the team was even after I checked out. When my check-in at another flat was delayed, I had no idea what to do with many luggage I have and called them for help they kindly offered to receive and keep my luggage in their office at no charge. They even went the extra mile to help me carry my luggage to their office which was in different location and arrange a taxi after I had already checked out. A special thank you to April in the office who was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi, and Luka who personally helped me with my luggage and getting it safely into the car. Their kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated.

Good communication with the booking. We walked with backpacks from Centrale station. Not long and a lot of it you can walk under cover. Meeting up with staff to take us over to the apartment complex was easy enough. We were given some good tips, including going to the shops behind the building. Room was fantastic. Very spacious and clean. Great air conditioning as we were there in June 2026 at 37 degrees. Would be happy to stay again.

I could see some travelers getting confused with the arrangement in attending the booking office first, but we were happy. Small elevators if you have a lot of luggage, but we only had back packs, so no issue.

the location is perfect

it's absolutely nothing , everything was so great
