Lovely modern cottage, very clean and well equipped. Loved the hot tub. The robes and slippers were a nice touch. Kids loved the big TV in their rooms. Nice quiet location but within easy reach of Lincoln, Skegness and Mablethorpe. Close to Horncastle for supermarkets etc. Would definitely stay here again!
Nothing! Maybe could have had a throw or blanket in the living area upstairs as it felt a bit chilly in the evening even with heating on due to being open plan.

The cottage is fabulous, modern and very well laid out. All comforts are available. Everyone in our party was able to relax as they wanted.
Angela made us feel very welcome. It was a great weekend away.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
