We are here for a family wedding
and rented this property because it was in close proximity to church, the reception and the airport. The clincher was the picture. It was just like a house I lived in as a child. My son was amazed at the wonderful places to eat within a short walk. Mind you, the house is secluded by a hedge and a large tree in the front yard. We drove past it 3 times before we found it. The bedding was very comfy, the couch was not. The living room was enchanting, with games and books. The furnace was a puzzle- sometimes it was too hot, other times it was cold. I would have expected an extra roll of TP and paper towel and a spare trash bag or two, and some wipes or Windex to wipe down the counter, but they were not provided. The back yard was used once, nice seating area with a grill that worked. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, with parking on both sides of a fairly narrow street, but that is the norm in the area. The property manager discouraged visitors of any sort, which put me off a bit, but there was a restaurant nearby where we met family for a visit. I was sad to leave this house.

Beautifully set up home in Glendale fit all our needs, even some we didn’t know we’d be needing. Kitchen, modern with extras like snacks, high end teas and coffee. Modern, huge washer and dryer. Courteous and responsive hosts. The softest, smoothest most comfortable sheets I’ve ever experienced. (Have GOT to find out where they got those sheets). The unexpected were the plentiful toiletries and the first aid kit. The latter came in handy when my spouse fell and got pretty scraped up. Having that little kit was a blessing. It’s all fine now, but at the time was a much needed item.
I would happily stay, again, with these hosts in their lovely home. Many thanks.

Our experience here was about 3.5 stars. I could see us staying again. But not without a new couch. I appreciated that the owners were communicative and they had an issue repaired that came up right when we got there. I also liked the feel of the place overall and the neighborhood.
We walked the area a few times and getting to groceries or food was no problem.

My family stayed here while we visited a universal Studios. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the drive way so we didn’t have to find street parking. The cleaning crew found and turned in my husband’s lost AirPods and the owners were kind enough to ship them to us.

Our Glendale VRBO house was just as advertised and exactly what we needed as we worked to help our son move from LA to Dallas. We had all we needed and communications with our host, Paul, were easy and timely.
Also, the neighborhood was pleasant and felt safe.

This adorable bungalow made the perfect home base for our family vacation to LA. Convenient location for Universal Studios, Hollywood, Griffith Park, and the beach. Easy parking. Trader Joe’s and plenty of restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed, comfortable beds, and easy check-in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and close to many of our activities like Warner Bros tour, Griffin Park, Six Flags and the Hollywood sign. Easy access. The home was clean but some small improvements could make it even better. More comfortable seating in living room, trash cans in both bedrooms, new shower curtain and additional towels. Appreciated the back area for our pup and the washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and communication with the property manager was very easy and responsive. Driveway is a little snug for a full sized SUV but it was nice to have with little parking on street. Cute house that has everything that is needed.

The house is lovely. Perfect location for us since my daughter lives in Glendale. Many thoughtful amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. It was great to have reliable parking. We enjoyed exploring the area and beyond.

So thankful to stay in such a perfect vacation home. Convenient by car to many “must see/do” Los Angeles attractions and neighborhoods but within its own walkable neighborhood of small shops, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, and IKEA!! After a busy day, we could relax in the well-appointed private backyard OR have a sip and bite on the charming covered front patio with its own bistro table and (2) chairs. The interior is tastefully updated without losing the home’s original vibe and the kitchen is wonderful. Thank you so much.

Honestly, this property, communication with host, location, and check in and check out procedures cannot be beat.

The hosts of this property is amazing! Anytime we needed something they answered quickly and delivered. The neighborhood is great as well. We felt very safe there and it was so convenient. For sure one of the best properties we have stayed at. Look forward to the next trip!

This clean, immaculately kept home suited us perfectly for a one week trip to visit family. The staff was very communicative and helpful throughout. Lots of little touches and amenities. We had everything we could ask for! We’ll be back again!

We rented this VRBO for a trip to the area - two single moms with our teenagers daughters (party of four), because it was centrally located in beautiful, safe Glendale, Ca. It is a two bedroom (2 very comfortable queen beds) house with a pull out sofa sleeper, and another small pullout sleeper. The kitchen was good sized, fully appointed, with lots of storage space, a full stove/oven, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, large washer and dryer. It had a dinette that easily fit four, and up to six people. Basic amenities were provided. It was clean and bright and cheerful with lots of period charm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Both of us moms are light sleepers yet we both slept great. The house was about 10 - 25 mins to all Hollywood tourist sites. We went to Universal Studios Hollywood, Dodger Stadium to see Elton John's Farewell Tour. Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach were about a 40 minute drive to the coast. There is Costco, Walmart, Target. IKEA, The Glendale Galleria, and Americana Malls and more all within a 5-10 min drive. Everything you could possibly need is close. The historic Glendale neighborhoods are charming. It made our trip very safe and easy for us. The owners were wonderful, and readily availble to communicate with. I would highly recommend this VRBO listing for its safety, cleanliness, and convient location. Safe travels! :)

We were so happy with this house. It is an older home with character that is completely remodeled. I loved the glass doorknobs and weighted windows. Modern appliances and clean! House was comfortable. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Added touches of k-cups and small bathroom necessities were appreciated. We had our own driveway and was walking distance to a grocery store.
