Excellent location, right on the beach. Very well decorated with comfortable beds. Very clean. Will use again.

We spend at least 1 summer week in Topsail every year. Typically we stay at a beach front house but this time we stayed at a beach front condo. The views in the pictures provide for the property are accurate. The unit is on the second floor with the pool to your left and the beach right in front. This elevator building is well maintained and fairly well equipped. The 2 charcoal grills at the end of the parking lot near the dumpsters is worth skipping. However, everything else is pretty good. Entering the condo we were greeted with fresh flowers and some chocolates. The owner checked in to make sure everything was okay. Detailed instructions for the internet, parking passes, etc were easy to follow. We cooked every day and found the kitchen well equipped. Bring your own spices, olive oil and other cooking needs. They provide the basics to get you started. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels plentiful and clean. They also provide beach chairs, boggie boards and umbrellas. The beach stuff was in good shape with a couple of items that failed to the weather. The owner said the salt air and wind are tough on these items but the had extras in the storage bin so all was fine. We had brought our own beach stuff just in case. The tap water is drinkable. We are planning on renting this property again.

I stayed with my partner and our children for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the condo itself was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

The condo had everything we could want for a perfect beah vacation. The location is perfect - right on the ocean, with a beautiful view and the relaxing sound of the waves everywhere. The decor was lovely and perfect for our group - a bright, fun room for our tween; a soft, muted suite for the parents; and a quieter room down the hall for the littles who still need their naps.
Scott and Shelly went above and beyond as hosts, checking in the make sure we had everything we needed. They are wonderful hosts with an amazing condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so thoughtful with little details before, during and after our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. I was surprised with how much room our family had! We really enjoyed our stay and we are so thankful for the time there.

Our stay in North Topsail Beach was awesome! We were looking for a place with great view steps from the beach and this condo fit that perfectly. Scott was very welcoming and the communication was great. The condo itself was top notch, comfortable and clean. Only a few miles from the grocery store and all needed necessities, about 20 minutes from Surf City, we enjoyed the beach but also were able to take in some sights! We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our first trip to Topsail beach. The specific location is excellent. The unit faces both ocean and pool, and you can be on the beach in a couple minutes. We spent lots of time on the balcony when we weren't playing at the beach. The condo is situated at a prime spot on the island too, nice location on North Topsail, while some of the condos further north are affected by crazy levels of beach erosion with water right up to the property. The condo was clean and comfortable, met all of our needs, and had a great layout for us to share with our kids and bring along grandparents. The beds were all comfortable too, which has not been the case for us at many beach rentals! One specific aspect of this property, which could be a plus, neutral, or negative depending on your views, is that there are religious/biblical elements to every room (decor, available reading materials, etc). Owner was friendly and communicative during our stay. It was a great week!

All of the positive reviews about this property are accurate. The location really is perfect for easy beach access. This property accommodated our group of 5 adults and two teens well. We couldn't have been happier. Two things that might help others planning a beach trip (neither is a negative, just something to know): 1. there isn't any recycling at the property, and if that's important to you, plan to haul it out with you and 2. if you plan to meet up with other family or friends, there is limited on-site parking. There is however, plenty of nearby beach access parking.

Topsail Island Vacation
The condo was absolutely beautiful The property owners were also super. They texted often to be sure we were OK and to ask if we needed anything. They answered every question we had. The condo had everything we needed and the 3 full bathrooms were so great. Made getting ready for dinner so fast. We rate this condo the BEST we have ever had. Very roomy for our family of 7 and super clean. It was decorated so pretty and was just an overall great choice. Pool was awesome and the beach was right in front of our unit which gave us awesome views. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location—great accommodations
Topsail was a wonderful choice for vacation and this particular condo was perfect! The decor was beautiful. Every possible thing was available. The attention to detail by the owners was incredible. They seem to truly want you to feel at home in their home. I hope to return.

Graduation Getaway
We hadn't been to the beach since Covid broke out. So when my daughter was getting ready to graduate high school she wanted to come back to North Topsail for vacation. After the stress of exams it was so nice to see the kids unwind. Scott's condo was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities one could ask for. We look forward to coming back in two years when my youngest daughter graduates.

Family Vacation
Overall was a great vacation. Condo was clean and nicely decorated for the easter holiday along with sweets. Location was great. Only two downfalls were listing said there was a pool (which we wanted because of the little one) But pool wasn't open yet for the season and that there was a grill. (We assumed right on site) but understandably they can't because of the winds. the grills were a bit away from our unit so not really usable when you have kids. Other than those two small issues, place was very clean and relaxing. Owner was very accommodating and easy to contact.

The unit had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our week at the beach, and truly exceeded our expectations. In addition to the flawless check-in/check-out and stay, the perks we especially enjoyed were: a kitchen well-stocked with every gadget, appliance, and cookware we needed, coffee and tea to get us started, soap dispensers at each sink, lovely bed linens/towels provided, white noise machines in each bedroom, comfortable furniture and beds, beach chairs and sand toys and a beach wagon kept us comfortable and entertained at the beach, a huge balcony overlooking the ocean with comfortable rocking chairs and a table/chair set, beautiful decor, and a view and ocean access that cannot be beat.
We enjoyed the two restaurants within walking distance, the not-too-crowded beach, and the easy access to stores and restaurants a short drive away. Much to our family's delight, he beach had a very dense supply of shells, shark teeth, and sea glass. We traveled 18 hours to get there with our four children ages 3-10, and they are constantly asking when we can return! We are frequent travelers, and we all agree this was definitely one of our best vacations and best vacation rentals.

FANTASTIC
This place is seriously one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! It started with my mother, who is an OCD clean freak, who texted me after arriving before me "This place is really nice. And clean." We knew it must be clean for her to actually text it! The place literally has everything you might need while on vacation. Wine? There are multiple bottle openers. Birthday? There are lighters for your candles. Cooking? There are mixing bowls, casserole dishes, pots, pans, so many utensils! The list goes on and on. Oh, do you like sleeping?? I do, and I sure did sleep there! The beds are so comfortable and the bedding just felt like quality. And the place is huge. We had 7 people in our party and never felt cramped. The view is incredible. My dad said it's got to be the best view of all the buildings. The ocean is right outside the deck. We got to enjoy seeing dolphins every morning, which the kids loved. Given the time of year (early April) we were not able to use the pool, but it looked nice. Oh and there were TONS of beach items for guest use. We only used a chair and a bag of sand toys, but there was everything else we could have needed - many chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, even a pool float, and a wagon to pull everything down to the beach if you needed it. Needless to say, we were so impressed by this place and will definitely stay there if we make it back that way!!

A Great Place to Stay
This property had everything we were looking for: clean accommodations, a beautiful view right on the ocean, a pool, a ramp for easy beach access, and even extras we haven't found with others property owners with fresh cut flowers and chocolates. As a bonus, they even have all the beach items you could need (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc). We have stayed up and down the eastern coastal region from VA to the Florida Keys and have never felt we need to return to a property, but now we can say we need to return here after a few short days in this great N. Topsail Beach property! The owner is very kind and has great communication with you if you need anything. We will definitely return!

Peaceful Topsail getaway
Perfect views off a large porch with 3 sliding doors for living room, master bedroom and kids room with 2 singles.
Very clean and comfortable, all you need for the beach is there for you to use. I will definitely be coming back!

Ocean Oasis
Just spent a fabulous week in Top Sail Beach. There was a total of 8 of us, and the place was perfect. Location on the beach as well as near the pool was ideal for our group. The condo has 3 full bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. Accommodations were very comfortable and such a bonus to have a beach wagon, chairs and sand toys available. There are plenty of shark teeth to hunt for on the beach & the highlight to our trip was seeing a sea turtle nest hatch! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Scott

Beyond Expectations
We highly recommend renting here. Let's start with the owners. Scott responded to all of my questions and checked in on us during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo is located on the north end of the island which provided beautiful sun rises. The condo facility offered plenty of luggage carts which made unpacking a breeze. The condo was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stacked with everything we needed. The balcony had chairs and tables which allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktail taking in the beautiful view. We had plenty of space for our family as this condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms were clean and had many upgraded fixtures. Loved that linens were provided as well as beach chairs and wagon. The beach and pool were just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can not wait to head back.

Beautiful condo and amazing vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It was beautifully renovated and decorated, and had everything we needed for the week! The unit was incredibly clean when we arrived. The owners even supplied beach chairs and other supplies which really cut down on what we had to pack in our car! The owners were very communicative and checked in with us a few times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The beach was beautiful, and I really enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony with my morning coffee. We will definitely return to this condo and would recommend it to anyone!
