Great host with a great property! Roomy, well equipped, comfortable house that was very clean. Michelle was so responsive every time we sent her a question. We wanted to visit Acadia and several harbors... but we didn't want to be in a crowded area. The location was great for making day trips to each location on our list and it was right on top of the Tidal Fall Preserve which we enjoyed stopping by on our way in and out every day. Michelle's restaurant suggestions were also spot on. We would highly recommend this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The property is private but close to really beautiful scenery. The house was so clean and well stocked. The sunroom is wonderful to relax in and the study made it possible for my dad to work with a stable internet connection. Would a 100 percent recommend!

Absolutely loved this house. So comfortable and Michelle was an amazing host making sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Perfect location for hiking from Acadia to Lubec. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation.

I booked this house in Sorrento as a last minute decision to visit Acadia with my niece and son. None of us had ever traveled to this part of Maine before, so we were unsure of the location. It turned out to be perfect for our short day trips. We explored Acadia on Mt. Desert Island, brought our kayaks to nearby ponds, biked Acadia on the Schoodic Pennisula- all of which were a short trip away. We squeezed in shopping in Ellsworth and Winter Harbor as well.The house has been recently renovated and has all the amenities one needs, not to mention our hosts took the time for the special touches like fresh flowers upon arrival. We really enjoyed hanging out in the four season room and having the space to cook together in the kitchen.Our hosts were very welcoming, quick to respond to our inquiries and provided helpful information about places to go. We look forward to staying here again. There is still so much to explore in the area.
