Arriving after hours-long delay, I could hardly find the hotel but over the phone I was told they would wait for me. It was so, and when I couldn't find the other building where my room was, I was helped well again. The parking space below was very small but again I was put to ease. The room was quiet, though from the street below was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was very good, my requests were met, the internet worked very well. Very helpful staff.
A sign clearly visible from the street at night would help people immensely to find the place and the parking lot.

Not much! I booked 3 rooms for our group of 5 adults. Good coffee was the highlight. They tried to charge us for breakfast (which was pretty ordinary) although it was already included in our booking cost, after a bit of explaining the manager was quite understanding and pleasant and agreed we didn’t have to pay extra.
The rooms are very stuffy and were hot at night, we had to have the window wide open as no air con or fan which made it very noisy with the traffic. Our bathroom had a bad smell in it and the shower screen was nearly falling off. The single room I booked had no glass or anything to have a drink with! As mentioned breakfast was fairly ordinary and not very plentiful.
