This was a very pleasant and easy experience with this property. Very clean and exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a family outing!

We spent 5 nights up at the cabin with friends and family before Christmas as a mini getaway. We took the kids (ages 2 to 5) to santas village and the kids loved it. We walked to the village, 5 to 10 min walk, where the kids saw santa again and the decorated town. The cabin was so cozy, we lit fires every night and played games. The rooms were fantastic and the kids loved the bunk beds. We also heard about macay park from a local where the kids had a blast on a zip line. It was the perfect getaway before Christmas. The cabin is nestled at the back of a road with plenty of parking for 2 to 3 cars and was quiet. There was no snow but we were prepared by having chains, it would have been required.
The cabin was very clean and set up up so nicely for both kids and adults. Bryan was an absolute pleasure to work with, his instructions were so clear which made it easy to communicate with him. This was my first time booking a place on this site and couldnt be happier. We would definitely book the cabin again, it was perfect for families. We made so many fun memories.

This was our first time at Lake Arrowhead and we really enjoyed staying here. It was in a quiet location, but also easy to get to the village. There was a walking trail nearby. Bryan was easy to communicate with and left a list of things to do and favorite places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the cabin. Everything was great, relaxing, nice right in the woods. Fans in the upper room in the window came in clutch. I like it cold and with no ac usually i would have issues but it was super nice.

Wonderful area to enjoy the great outdoors. Only downside is we were not able to use the lake and surrounding parks unless your a homeowner. Bryan the host was super attentive and responded to any questions promptly.peaceful location.

My friends and I LOVED this cabin!! We loved how there were actually 6 beds and not including the couch. Kitchen came fully stocked with cooking utensils and the patio with the grill was a hit. Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. Will be coming back again!

What a wonderful weekend getaway to enjoy the snow. The house is a great little cabin, with comfy beds, and a total at home feel. Also enough space for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the bunk bed room, the game room, and all the cozy blankets available to snuggle with. The property is basically a private little snow park, isolated at the end of the block, with great hills for sledding and snowball fights. Super close to the Village, which was great for shopping and dining. Highly recommend if you're looking for a winter escape, and I am sure it's also amazing for a summer time visit as well!

Attended a wedding in Lake Arrowhead. Cabin was centrally located to wedding and Lake Arrowhead village. In a beautiful setting in a rustic area. Could be more ADA accessible but we made it work. Would be good for families or groups.

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful, well-appointed cabin! Everything we might need or want was provided and we were easily able to reach the manager when we had questions. The pool and foosball tables were SO much fun and we truly enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back deck. Highly recommend this place!

Winter Wonderland
This cabin was a perfect place for our family! The backyard has an amazing hill that served as a top-notch sledding run for our children! The cabin was cozy, yet modern and the owner was amazing in terms of preparing us for the trip and responding to questions! Would definitely recommend!

Great little getaway in Arrowhead
Great location! We were able to just walk outside so the kids could play in the snow. Kids were able to sled down the hill and build a snowman. They had a blast! Loved the playroom downstairs; especially the pool table. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this cabin with 4 adults and 4 kids under 8. The cabin and the property are excellent and located very close to the Village. We came in the winter and enjoyed playing in the snow right out back. We hope to come back again!

Great Family Cabin
Absolutely loved this cabin and would stay here again. My only minor gripe would be the upstairs floor is very creaky, if you are sleeping on the main level.

Heaven on Earth
We are so grateful we found this SLICE OF HEAVEN tucked away near Downtown Lake Arrowhead. My family enjoyed an early Thanksgiving in an amazing atmosphere! The cabin is immaculate, well stocked, and the communication regarding my reservation and answers to my questions was perfect! We will be returning - thank you so much for a memory we cherish.

Awesome House. Love the location. 7 minute walk to the village was great. House has basically everything you need to enjoy yourself. love the game room. had a group of 10 people and it was perfect for us. The owner Bryan was Great to work with and his communication is Great. would definitely recommend to friends to stay here. Thanks again for making the process easy!

Great Getaway!
What a great tucked away hidden gem! Located in the mountains of Lake Arrowhead and walking distance to Arrowhead Village, it's a perfect place for a retreat! Any negative feedback would include no A/C (we visited on a weekend where a heatwave came through) and some cleanliness issues in the space. Also, the WiFi is spotty as well. However I would recommend!

Great stay
Awesome house- very updated, very nice decor. Really enjoyed the pool table and foos ball with the kids! Property was very secluded, and was beautiful in the midst of gorgeous tall trees! Kitchen was very up to date, and easy to make meals for the family. Really enjoyed our stay! We will be back soon!

Cozy Cabin
We had an awesome stay with friends at Bryan's property. The property is in walking distance to the villages if you are up for a walk. There is also a nice hiking trails just next to the property. The property was clean and communication with Bryan was easy. I called him to replace the propane tank and he was very helpful to direct me to the storage room for a new propane tank. The only thing that a little bothered us was the grill which was extremely dirty and greasy. Luckily, I had grill sheets with me that I used. Overall, the cabin was very clean and well stocked. The game room was also very cool with the pool and foosball tables. We had a great time. Thank You!

Had a wonderful stay. Property was exactly as it was advertised. Clean, cozy, and charming. Great location close to the village. Loved the privacy of the cabin as well. Bryan was great to work with.

All thanks to the location, it’s amenities and the attentive nature of the owners. The house is set up perfectly, it’s cozy and has everything you need to make your trip better. Next year, our family, will plan our stay around the availability of this home because we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

It’s been 25 years since I’ve been up the mountain from Irvine and our entire family decided to make it an annual trip. All thanks to the location, it’s amenities and the attentive nature of the owners. The house is set up perfectly, it’s cozy and has everything you need to make your trip better. Next year, our family, will plan our stay around the availability of this home because we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

His place is so wonderful , we were very surprised the front & back yard (actually like hills) were covered of snow, we had 5 boys age from 11 to 13, they enjoyed the snow activities very much, they woke up at 7am just for playing at the yards for skiing , the equipment in the house are full too, they are able to play the balls at the basement.
It was certainly a very joyful trip, we'll definitely come back somedays soon, very much appreciate for Bryan's support!

Let’s Celebrate!
We chose this Lake Arrowhead cabin to safely celebrate my daughter and I birthday which is New Years Eve. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and wood to start a much needed fire. The space was clean with plenty of essentials (dishes, towels, linen, games, cleaning supplies etc.) The furnishings were nice and cozy. The cabin sits at the end of the road so you have plenty of space to sled and build snowmen. FYI in the winter you will need chains on your tires to get up the hill where the cabin sits (that was a costly lesson for us) get them before you head up the mountain. Brian was a great host and responded to questions quickly. We would book again!

This was an amazing experience! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. We enjoyed the cabin feel with all of the upgraded amenities! The pool table, foosball table and glow in the dark stars in the bunk bed room were a huge hit with the kids! We can’t wait to book again!

Gorgeous spot, lovely stay
We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving at this perfect cabin. It feels so remote and woodsy but is incredibly close to town and everything you need. Bryan was an easy and communicative host. We loved taking walks and hikes out in the quiet neighborhood, sipping coffee on the balcony and enjoying the view of the trees, and playing pool in the basement. We will be back for sure!

Our family had the BEST time during our stay here. This home is equipped with all the amenities to make it really feel like a home away from home. Cozy beds, super cozy towels and blankets, great big pans for cooking. The game room downstairs was such a wonderful addition as well and fun for the kids. It was peaceful and felt safe. And Bryan was super responsive and communicative. I really can’t think of anything to critique.. it was perfect!! Will definitely be making this our #1 place to stay, when visiting Lake Arrowhead!
