The location is close to everything!
The house is old, has a musty smell, and the floors were dirty.

Location is amazing! Very close to Piazza San Marco and easy access from Fenice theatre. House is spacious and has everything you need.
There are no curtains in the front door and people walking on the street can see inside the house. We had to use one of the bedsheets to cover the front door for privacy , as I was travelling with my teenager daughter. After we checked out, we received a message from Nicolas complaining about the use of extra bedsheet. This could have been avoided if there was a curtain in the front door, or instructions about limited use of bedsheets (although they were available for use in the house).
Apart from that, our stay was excellent!

Great location
The accommodation was unclean and the sheets did not appear to be properly washed, which was extremely off-putting.
