We were very impressed by the property. Everything was exactly as described. Lovely neighborhood with easy access to things. Fast communication with the host. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and fresh. There was just the right amount of furniture. TV’s worked perfectly. The house was in a great location for us as we visited our daughter and family. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. We didn’t use the outdoors due to the cold weather and rain, but the yard was in good shape.
If any improvements needed, it would be an upgrade on the beds. They were okay and had more than adequate sheets, pillows and blankets. Additionally, having soap and shower toiletries would be nice.
We would definitely stay at this home again and highly recommend it without a doubt.

They house was great. Just didn’t have very many accommodations. The listing said it would accommodate 14 people. But there was very few bath towel and no dish towels or rags. Not very many dishes. The house itself was awesome, lots of room. But if you stay make sure you bring some extra towels and paper plates and cups. Loves all the room.

The is the second time we rented this property. It’s ideally located for shopping, entertainment, the airport and more.
Though not used as it was last year to accommodate the family’s Thanksgiving Dinner, we still enjoyed it’s spaciousness.

This is the perfect location when traveling with a group. The rate is more economical than staying in a hotel. The rooms a very spacious and the house comes with everything you may need for a quick trip. The property manager was very quick to respond.

House was amazing, great location, very spacious, easy check in and check out. Will definitely book again. Wish check Out was atleast 11am. Friends and family traveled from out of state to visit me so it was unpleasant having to be out the house by 10am

Stayed at this house for a few days for a job we had in lake Charles. House had plenty of room and everything we needed for cooking each night!! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in lake Charles!!

We rented this home for out of town family coming for a funeral. We had 6 adults and 4 kids there for two nights. We were blown away by the size of the house especially the living spaces. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the property management.
Compared to other VRBO stays, we felt that this was a "lower frills" place (i.e. less amenities) but the basics were there. It was very competitively priced and in a great neighborhood. At the time we stayed, there was limited furniture in the living spaces which left lots of room for air mattresses but was less ideal when we wanted to gather as a large group. The kitchen dishes and utensils were limited (service for ~ 4-5 people only) so I would recommend bringing paper plates and plasticware if you have a bigger group and are planning to cook.
Be sure that you request in advance the number of additional beds (air mattresses) you will need outside of the queen & 2 full beds that are in the bedrooms. We did not realize this, but we were very pleased that the property manager brought them to us quickly once we reached out!
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We drove from Tampa, FL to visit my my oldest sister and her family that live in DeRidder, LA and we decided to stay in Lake Charles because several family members flew into Lake Charles and there is alot of activities in Lake Charles vs DeRidder. The house had the required amenities and VERY clean. I highly recommend this property for future guest.

The property had been updated to today's standard and expectation. It was very roomy which is what we needed. Our initial plans hadn't even considered hosting our Thanksgiving Dinner at the property, but when an unexpected illness befell one of our elders, we decided to distance ourselves and requested permission to have it there. What a complete success. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I received rave reviews, but the real heroes were the managers and property owner who addressed our needs at every turn. You make a big mistake by passing up a property with so many amenities.
