Great home, nice area, close to everything.

The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen equipment was easy to use. Issue with the hot tub was handled quickly by host who was responsive our entire stay. Only issue was the home needs a deeper cleaning as some dishes were not clean in the cupboard and stains on the carpet, other small cleaning issues but would not keep us from renting in the future.
Overall the most comfortable place we have found in the past five years of renting.

We enjoyed the outdoor deck with pool and view of golf course. Very nice neighborhood to stay while visiting family close by. The host was very responsive to any questions that arose during our visit.

We walked into this house and felt right at home. The home was amazing as well as communicating with Roger. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of amenities and a beautiful backyard view of the golf course. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The pool was an added luxury during the 100 degree weather we had during my recent stay

We had a wonderful stay at Roger’s home. It was super clean and welcoming. Appreciated the location and amenities as well. Communications with Roger were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The yard is lovely and ther is a lovely desk for a relaxing place to view the golfers. The pool is a great enhancement when the weather is 100 plus degrees. Comfortably and beautifully furnished

Between the house, the pool, and Roger, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in the house, we knew we were home! The pictures are accurate - except it’s even better in person. The house is wonderfully decorated but you don’t feel like you can’t touch anything. Everything you need is there. There are tons of books and games and puzzles if you need something to do while there and don’t feel like using the pool. The pool, the deck and the back yard are fabulous. Very relaxing to even just sit out and hang out. Roger was so easy to work with and we would definitely stay at his house again. We stayed for two weeks and when we left, we all said - “I’m gonna miss this place!” Don’t hesitate to book this home. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Roger for having us.

This house was convenient to all the places we were visiting and within a couple of miles of our family who live in McKinney. The house was comfortable and had all our needs met. We even had a little cookout for our family in the back yard! The hot air fryer was a nice plus! We got into town a day early and Roger was able to accommodate us with an additional day. I would definitely recommend this home to others!

Perfect place for us to stay when we are in town visiting family. Only a mile away from family/everything. House was very lovely and bonus has a pool. We weren’t able to us pool as we were busy with family stuff but everything in this house was great.

We had the pleasure of staying in Roger’s beautiful home for one week. The interior is open and inviting and contains everything anyone could possibly need. The backyard has a clean pool and a heated spa nestled under the overarching trees. We lounged on the expansive deck and enjoyed the quiet evenings.

The house was very clean and very well set up! I love to cook and was very happy to see that everything I could want was there. The owner communicates well and attended us well.

The bookshelves were full of good books, and games. This was a relaxing trip which is what we needed for our stay in Mckinney.

The house is adorable and it is located in a beautiful neighborhood, however, before you say, need to check with the property owner to make sure everything is as it is advertised especially if you’re going to stay at this property solely for the pool. we booked this property because it had a pool and all the other pools in the neighborhood or open and ready to use in April, however, when we got there, the pool was still closed and we were informed that it wouldn’t be opened until the last part of April or first week of May, which was unfortunate because that is the only reason we chose that house and would have been nice to have that information prior to final payment. The house is darling and has a lot of potential but it definitely needs some TLC Around the house in general and the landscaping. The property itself experienced some issues from previous renters, which were not the owners fault however, we had to endure them, while on our vacation which really took away from our overall enjoyment.

Such a great experience! This home was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more! We loved the warm cozy feel of the home and there were so many extra touches that made our stay very pleasant. Roger was an excellent host and stayed in contact to ensure our needs were met.

I loved this house! My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had such a great vibe. We loved the pool and swam almost everyday during our visit. Roger was wonderful! He was available with any questions I had about house rules or property.
