Rooms nice and clean. Easy access location and parking.
Just plain bldg no frills outside of bldg.

This was a surprisingly good place. Very clean and well maintained property. My room was big with a king size bed, a desk, and a fridge. Good AC and hot water and all at an affordable price.

It had a bed, A/C, the refrigerator was on and cold, plenty of furniture draws
The bed was too far off the floor; the bathtub had no antiskid pads (I almost slipped and fell), the bathroom door hinge was falling off, I had to lift the door to close it, the swimming pool was filled in with dirt and used as a garden
