The property was spacious, clean and tidy, perfect for a large family getaway. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

The property was a little tired, with lawns and gardens needing a tidy up.

The rooms and laundry service are good, and the facilities are satisfactory. The location is also convenient.

However, there was an issue with the pool as it had some chemicals, which caused skin infections for both kids and adults. If you are considering using the pool, I would advise avoiding this property. shower head was broken in 2 rooms

The villa was very well appointed. Plenty of room and places for all guests to sit and relax. The beds were comfortable. The choice of meals available to have cooked for us were fabulous and the chefs were wonderful. cooking facilities were not bad if you wanted to cook, much better than other villas I have stayed in. Though short on tea towels.

Not much really, we had very noisy neighbours that did not adhere to the quiet times at all as the villas are all so close. This took multiple complaints to be resolved.

The villa staff was on location to hand the keys and explain the key features of the villa. Daily housekeeping was good and towels were changed on alternate days. Staff is very responsive. The villa was well equipped and just like seen in the photos. We had a very good time. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and elevated the experience.

The only 2 reasons for not rating it a 10 - 1. there were a lot of ants - in the kitchen and some washrooms, which didnt go away through the stay. the locations - while its very close to the seminyak hotspots, the 500/600m walk is through extremely small and narrow lanes which doesnt feel very great - especially at night.
