But all in we enjoyed our time there

I liked everything about staybridge I would book another room there

Being by the elevator it got a little noisy

Front desk help rude. Construction looked messy.Pool wasn't open during the weekend.

Very comfortable and nice people

The staff was really friendly and the bartender was amazing! Very nice

The shower floor was sort of dirty and the air was a little hard to understand how to use

it was ok we didn’t get booked in until after 12am and had to turn around and be out before check out

breakfast

we had issues getting booked in that we never had before we had to ask for a plunger because the toilet was stopped up and we couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi

I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The front desk staff both when we checked in and when we checked out were beyond friendly and accommodating. They genuinely seemed to want to make sure our stay was the best it could be!

Loved it all -- it has been a while since we stayed at a hotel that was as clean as this one and had such a great staff!

A right choice in Waco

A big room with big new TV and comfortable decoration

We came to hotel a little earlier and planned to check in at noon, however all rooms were full, we had to wait

relaxing and comfortable in a well kept modern facility!

modern amenities, breakfast was always delicious, swimming pool well kept, free laundry room, full bar, outdoor grill, basketball half court, pet friendly!

Everythjng was nice and the staff was amazing!

it was very clean except the room could have been swept better and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The hotel itself was very clean.

I didn’t have any major issues, just the room should have been cleaned better.

I would stay here every visit to Waco

everything. they have basketball court, a dog run, bbq pit by the outdoor patio area.

the pillows & bath room. the bathroom was so small it was uncomfortable using the bathroom. the toilet & shower is together in a very small room

Good

The size of the room was wonderful for a family. We liked the bathroom sink being separate from the shower. It was nice to have a small kitchen as well. Loved the basketball court, fun way to spend an evening with kids.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. One bed had lent and hair in it, the toilet was not clean, and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. I had to ask twice for it to be cleaned, and they still didn't vacuum. Also gum was on the floor in the bathroom from before we got there.

Good experience. I will return.

I liked the decor and design of the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was OK.

I never received maid service the first day. Was not sure if I was supposed to? Also the hinge on the toilet seat was broken, and the alarm clock was 13 minutes fast with no way for me to reset it.
