Courtview Cottage is an outstanding home to rent. The cottage is well appointed with French Country decor and it was spotlessly clean. We lacked for nothing trom the kitchen utensils to TVs and phone chargers in every bedroom. The owner is thoughtful and very attentive to his guests' needs and even had a "Welcome" gift for us upon arrival. The backyard is huge with gathering places at various locations and you feel secure since the entire lot is encompassed with a privacy fence. The outside lighting gives a truly beautiful ambiance while dining at the lovely gathering table. This is definitely the prettiest house on the block!!! We felt like we were on our own estate with all the lovely outdoor facilities. We also loved the history of the home. We would suggest a Blu-Ray DVD player and a simple coffee maker. The final word on this lovely home is...Inviting and desirable.

This home is pristine. The owner gave great attention to detail. Beautifully decorated. We were there in the winter, but the outside had many staged gethering places for entertainment. Walkways were cleared of snow and salted before our arrival. Close to downtown bars, restaurants and Short's Brewery.

We loved our weekend in Bellaire. We have been going to the area for 25 years and have always stayed in the mountain. This downtown experience was a pleasant change up for us! We loved walking to the restaurants, the coffee shop/bakery and the toy store :)

If you’re on the fence about staying here, here is your sign: RENT THIS PROPERTY! I stayed here with my husband and two friends for a cozy ski getaway and we had the best experience. They have EVERYTHING you could imagine in case you forget any of your belongings (hair tools, FirstAid, cups, dishes, etc.) The house is decorated to perfection - so beautiful inside and out and none of us wanted to leave when the end of our trip came. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area!

This place is beautifully decorated and is within walking distance to several of the Bellaire restaurants. Maybe a 10+ minute drive to shush mountain for skiing. We loved our stay.

A dream stay
A couple of my girlfriends and I were immediately taken by the cute photos and location of this property! Little did we know that the actual place was so much cuter, cozier, and charming in person. We all felt at home and loved all the little surprises this place had to offer! Thank you so much!! We will be sure to come back.

This was our second time using this cottage. It has everything you could need for a stay away from home and is a perfect location close to torch lake and walking distance to the town with the shops, restaurants, and drinks. Tony and his wife are very personable and quick to respond.

Spring Break Getaway
This is a fabulous property. The house is incredible, beautifully decorated with everything one could possibly need included. This was our second stay, and we enjoyed the house just as much the second time around.

We stayed for a winter get away and it was perfect! The house is amazing. It's well appointed with everything you could possibly need, decorated beautifully, in the perfect location to town and close to skiing, hiking, etc. The owners were terrific and very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or needs to make our stay perfect. Anxious to stay again in the summer/fall to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space/yard. Great get away!

Best rental in Bellaire
This house was stunning! The decor is absolutely perfect and all the little details were impressive.
The host really thought of everything and we felt like we were at home the whole time. Wireless chargers by each bedside, three different coffee machines, beautiful fluffy towels and linens, and more!
Property has easily accessible parking, is walking distance to downtown, and a lovely back yard for lounging and playing for the kids.
10/10 would recommend and we will book again!

Wonderful
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay for our ski weekend at Schuss Mountain. The owners put so much effort into every detail of this cottage. We really appreciated getting to learn about the history of the home in the welcome booklet. It was very nice being right in Bellaire for easy access to the shops and restaurants (we did carry out due to the pandemic and all of the restaurants were very efficient with great food) . The cottage has fully stocked kitchen utensils with a very fancy coffee/espresso machine. The laundry room being stocked with soap and dryers sheets was very much appreciated to be able to wash our inner ski layers and masks. Highly recommend!

Awesome Bellaire rental!
We rented this house for a family ski trip to Shanty Creek. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked with everything that we needed. Walking distance to Shorts and a quick drive to ski - this was a great rental experience. Hosts are very communicative and quickly answered any questions we had.

A true gem in downtown Bellaire!
Absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. It feels like staying at a friend’s cottage instead of a rental. It had everything we could ever need for a comfortable stay, and the hosts couldn’t have been more gracious. Quick walk to Short’s Brewery and 13-minute drive to Schuss Mountain. Looking forward to visiting again!

Bellaire Weekend
We had a wonderful time at the Courtview Cottage for a winter weekend away. The check in process was easy and the property owner texted us to be sure we arrived safely. The 1902 built home has been beautifully restored but also has all the modern amenities one could want. We enjoyed reading about the history of this house. The house was very clean and well stocked. No details were overlooked—even a nice welcome gift for us! We enjoyed the comfort and warmth of the home after skiing at Shanty Creek. The owner also provided a late check out the day we left. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return again.

We loved everything about our stay at this place! It was walking distance to the downtown area and short drive to see Torch lake, and many hiking trails. This home was so cozy, and had everything you could need. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to see the best of Bellaire! Communication with tony was quick and easy and he made sure we had everything possible to make the trip perfect.

I highly recommend this place! we felt very welcomed the night we pulled up, had lights all on for us and a welcome bag with a bottle of wine..everything was fully stocked.. beautiful place.. best rental we have ever stayed at! Very short walk to downtown shops and Shorts, Mammoth, and BeeWell also.

Beautiful Fall Getaway
Courtview Cottage in Bellaire is the perfect place to spend a few days or a few weeks. The beautifully appointed cottage will have you wish you could just stay cozied up near the fire and never go anywhere else. The beautiful antiques, art and knickknacks will have you checking every corner for new surprises. Everything you need is there to cook for yourself. But you don’t need to. With great recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in the area, your hosts make sure you won’t be bored or go hungry (or thirsty!)

Magical Experience - Must Stay
Must stay in Bellaire!!!! The house is modern French farmhouse where every detail has been thought of. Impeccable taste. From the twinkle lighting that turns on via verbal command to the well stocked modern kitchen to the beautiful grounds complete with swing and wood burning fireplace. We loved the house and can’t wait to come back. Bellaire is a cute small town complete with wine tasting, cider and mead tasting and whiskey tasting. People are very friendly. Great launching pad to explore Torch Lake and other nearby lakes.
