Great Place! Only thing I would change is the musty smell in the basement apartment. If they would resolve that it would have been a 5.

The only negative is the property entrance gate. PIA. The condo is pretty good. The property pool area is actually very good. Beware Key Largo roads and traffic. We really enjoyed a snorkeling trip.

The townhouse is spacious for a group of adults - 3 master suites! Having a main floor suite also allowed for privacy. The furniture is a worn as noted in other reviews but it didn't take away from the stay. The community's clubhouse pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the afternoon - more visits at the lower pool so this spot was pretty quiet. We had an issue with our house access key and the property management responded to my call and had it fixed within 5 minutes! Issues happen however that fast response makes all the difference. One suggestion is to add a dresser or shelves to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. There were ample hangers and closet space for shirts but no place to put other items so they stayed in the suitcase.

Over all we all enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable.
the biggest complaint is the sliding doors were difficult to open, especially the downstairs door.

We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 boys and their friend’s for spring break . We were able to also rent a slip in the marina for our boat which was very convenient. The unit had plenty of space and was clean. We liked the fact that it had the captains quarters downstairs which is where the kids seemed to hang out mostly. There were a few things that could be improved on to make the place outstanding …like new rollers on slider doors( they were difficult to open), hooks in each bathroom for hanging travel bags for toiletries & dressers in the upstairs bedrooms for clothing or at least luggage racks. We had read reviews ahead and heard the upstairs gets stuffy and could use fans so I knew to bring ahead and it helped but it would be nice if they had ceiling fans or provided a swivel fan in those rooms seeing that several reviews mention it . Also, more hangers were needed in all the closets and more trash bags only one was left . Overall those things did not make or break our trip. We were there to relax and enjoy the keys and the beautiful grounds and pools over looking the ocean/and or marina helped us do just that. It was a Great place and we would stay again!

Very beautiful area. Location was a plus and close to everything you could need. Claudia at the front gate was AMAZING!! We needed a couple of things when we first got there, within 2 minutes she had things taken care of and done. It would be nice if the pool stayed open until 9or 9:30 instead of closing at 8. Our unit had a couple of things that could have been a little better on. We needed a fan because upstairs in the bedrooms has high ceilings and no ceiling fans, we never got one, was a little warm! We also couldn't get livingroom room TV to work.

The bedrooms all had a king bed with private bathroom. The lower level had a kitchen and living room space. The main living area on the second level was a nice size. Liked the screened in pati on that level. Plenty of room to spread out. Had a problem with the entry code on arrival. Had immediate response and issue resolved. Very nice pools, grounds well kept. Not crowded and not noisy.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was excellent. The staff that opened the gate were not friendly at all. That was our only dissapointment. The staff were great to work with. Very attentive.

The main reason we booked this property was the 3 King beds. We had 3 couples staying and that was nice. Beds were comfortable but pillows need to be updated. They were very hard and huge. The sliding glass doors on the 1st and 2nd levels were very hard to open and close. They need a little maintenance. The air conditioning on the 3rd floor did not cool as much as needed so very hot on that level. Should have ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Everything else was clean and there were enough dishes for the 6 of us. Easy in and out of gate.

Property was mostly as looked with exception of top deck, furniture and rug a little worn down. Main floor A/C runs cold and when turned on heat to warm up it smelled up the place. Main floor was good and decent dishes and pots/pans for cooking but no extras as mentioned. Top floor a little warm - could use ceiling fans.
All in all for the limited time we spent in the place it was a decent location to local things with a nice pool.

The location was convenient to many activities, development was had nice amenities such as pools and clubhouse and was clean. I would not stay at the unit again because it lacked some simple conveniences. No dressers in bedrooms so we lived out of our suitcases. Bedrooms could use ceiling fans. Extra towels, sheets and blankets would have been useful. Small items such as laundry baskets, extra hangers, some kitchen items like aluminum foil, plastic containers for leftovers would have been nice. More than one kitchen garbage bag should be supplied so we are not having to buy a new box. With the activities available, supplying tennis balls and a basketball would also be appreciated. All staff members were friendly, responsive and professional.

Cute neighborhood
Couple things to know- property needs a good mopping. Didn’t realize the floors were turning our feet black until the second night and we were out of our free 24 hour window for cleaning complaints. The 2 upstairs bedrooms need fans because they get hot. 2nd bedroom upstairs leave door open at night. It helps w a/c. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our 8 person group. Pool is huge but know it is warm due to the heat. We could smell the Seagrass when stepping out of the condo but that was throughout Key Largo. Gated community- felt safe, and everyone we came into contact with was super friendly. Very limited on pots/pans and cookware in kitchen. Also dishwasher needs to be replaced bc it did not do a good job of cleaning and dishes had to be rewashed a lot of the time. Few nuisances but overall a good stay.

The captains quarters were fantastic. Air down to 67 degrees and we had a dresser!! Woohoo!!! So glad we drew that room!!
Other than the dresser and AC situation for the other ladies, this place was amazing. The property is beautiful!!

Our unit was beautiful and clean.
Our unit was beautiful and clean. We had some maintenance issues with leaking hot water in kitchen. They were in touch with us quickly to fix it. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating

Location was good, property was nice and well maintained, condo was good for three couples with privacy for each couple. There were some maintenance issues:
1. There were five televisions, only two we were able to make work. All had multiple remotes with very few matching up brand wise. We did not contact the rental agency on this because it was not a problem for us.
Toilet downstairs was stuck running. We reported but not fixed to our knowledge.
2. All the furniture in the main living area was worn and in poor shape.
3. The kitchen according to those cooking was poorly equipped to inadequate .
4. Coffee pot went out, we reported this to rental agency at 8:30 AM, called twice more that day. Coffee pot was replaced the next day at 4:45PM. This was an issue for six big coffee drinkers. The unit did have a Kurig maker and went through a big box of those quickly.
The unit does not have a grill, there are several public grills on the property but none close to this unit. The neighbors were very nice to let us use theirs.
The pools and hot tubs are very nice, about a four or five, minute walk.

Will be making Mariners Ckub our new go to on the keys. We live in Fort Lauderdale and come down once or twice a month for long weekends and don’t want to stay anywhere else. Loved loved loved the unit. So comfortable and very nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Ashley and Sheila went above and beyond to make this experience first rate. My family rented 3 units for a week. The resort is terrific. Great location close to fishing, sight seeing, snorkeling, kayaking, Sup yoga and Publix. My family rented 3 units for a week. The resort is terrific. Great location close to fishing, sight seeing, snorkeling, kayaking, Sup yoga and Publix. step end cap top of stairs was not installed well and could have been a big issue!!!. also closet door came off hinges an d did not work well..
