My family and I signed up for a race at Grand Canyon and chose to stay in Flag for the weekend. The house was great and as described. Only caveat as that our small dogs were able to fit thru the fence so we had to put them in long leashes. Would stay again without the dogs. Thank you!

This is a lovely, spacious home with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king size beds in all the bedrooms, and nice, clean bathrooms. Take advantage of the game room on the first floor. We had a blast. A great location, very quiet and close to local walking trails. We are definitely coming back to stay here!

We stayed here for a week to escape the brutal Phoenix summer. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, well supplied/appointed, and just exceeded our expectations. The host was very communicative and made the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. We kept saying how nice this place was and we are already planning to come back.

Our short 4-night stay in Flagstaff was wonderful! We traveled with 4 adults and 2 teenagers & had more than enough space for everyone. We've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, and this one is by far the best we've stayed in overall. It was clean & very well appointed both in the kitchen and with towels, pillows, etc. The decorative touches are very nice & really made it feel like home. There were lots of board games, the retro Pac Man game was a hit, & all the garage activities (ping pong, bikes, dart board) kept everyone engaged/entertained. We hope to visit again someday. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a great get together with family from out of state. Lots of fun games for the kiddos. Lots of room for the 8 of us. The house had a very resort lodge feel to it and was so comfortable. Every item you needed was supplied. We had some snow and every tool to handle the driveway was there!! Thank you for the use of this wonderful house.

This home was lovely and met all of
our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked, very comfortable beds and had beautiful views. We enjoyed having three floors-the kids could play their video games on the bottom floor as well as basketball and a shuffleboard game in the garage. Amanda was wonderful to work with. I’d highly recommend this

This house/cabin was perfect. Just minutes to DT Flagstaff and the fairground. Very spacious and fully stocked. Very nice having 3 levels, allowing adults to enjoy time together with the children spending most of the time in the basement. The floor plan is laid out very well. Definitely looking forward to another visit at some point.

We were thrilled with the setup of this cabin! Having three floors was perfect for two families of four and grandma! The downstairs game room is a huge plus - the kids were never bored and had their own huge space to hangout. Favorites included, the laser tag game, big TV and shuffle board in the garage. Us adults loved congregating around the kitchen island and loved the cozy recliner/glider chairs in the main room. We all had so much fun in the snow and what a beautiful back drop and openness from the backyard and back porch! One minor downside, which I will say was remedied quickly, upon arrival entering the garage we were met with a foul smell, which we learned was a plumbing issue below the house. Amanda, the owner was very responsive and was able to get maintenance/plumber onsite within 30 minutes. Amanda was extremely responsive and proactive and it didn't put a dent into our plans at all. We all very much enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

This property is just as described in the listing, and perfect for a quiet family vacation. While it's located in a neighborhood, the driveway takes you back from the street enough that it feels like a cabin. It has all of the amenities and space thats needed to be with a large group, but also have space. The kids loved the game room down stairs while the parents all enjoyed the views and open space of the main level. The upstairs master is a perfect retreat with a private fireplace and sitting area. It's like a mini hotel room in itself.
Thank you for hosting our family getaway! We were fortunate to have snow the entire trip which made it that much more special.

We had a lovely family stay at this home for a long holiday weekend in Flagstaff. When we first arrived, we had a few questions on the doors and the heat and the owner was very quick to respond, even taking the time to do a video call to ensure that all of our questions were fully addressed. We are grateful for their attention to detail. The shuffleboard table was a huge hit with our crew, as was the video game table!

This house is beautiful on the inside and out. We wanted to get away from SoCal during Thanksgiving and decided to see what Sedona / Flagstaff has to offer. Been all over the country and I will say this was one of the best properties we have stayed at and Sedona is gorgeous. Its about a 45 min drive from the property which isn't that bad. The house is 3 levels and provided that warm cabin feel along with plenty of games if you had children. Every room in this home is spacious and all the amenities you can imagine your going to need are there. If and when I am in the area I would definitely stay there again.

We came up from Phoenix to Flagstaff to go to the North Pole Experience with the children (which they loved and we would highly recommend). Upon arriving at the cabin we were immediately impressed with the lay-out and how convenient it was set up for our 2 families. It had a cozy cabin-y feel, but yet was super spacious and it allowed our families to have some privacy while still being together. We loved the large, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice, big bathrooms. There are 2 fireplaces which made it extra cozy. The decor was lovely and the place immaculate. The kids enjoyed basketball and shuffleboard in the garage. They also loved the old school arcade games inside in the game room. There is a trail right out the back gate that leads to a park. Our trip was lovely in every way, but if I had to critique anything it would be there was no shampoo/conditioner in the cabin. They were stocked with everything else, so we just expected they would have that because most rentals do. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back!

The house was very nice, in a great neighborhood, close to anything we needed in Flagstaff and centrally located between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the arcade game table! Wonderful stay!

It is located in a residential neighborhood with neighbors on both sides, but more private than a typical suburban yard.
Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time. Didn’t really understand the residential location. Needs some matinence, bbq was filthy, but all in all we all had a great time. Loved cornhole!!

Every year, we come to Flagstaff for Labor Day weekend and the county fair. This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the fairgrounds, but just far enough away from the freeway that you don’t hear the traffic. We had 4 adult couples so finding something with 4 king beds as a win. The home was supplied with everything we needed and the host was very timely and thorough with communication. Our only complaint was no AC, and it happened to be a high of 89 degrees over the weekend, making it incredibly hot especially on the 3rd floor. The home has ceiling fans in every room and 2 very efficient floor fans. Once we opened the windows and started the fans, while the temperature dropped in the evening, it was fine and a little chilly. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Our second year at this property and my family had a great time enjoying the cooler weather of Flagstaff, playing games and watching the squirrels tree hop. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Our family had a great experience staying at the property in Flagstaff. The house is really nice with a great layout, is in a quiet safe neighborhood, and the access to the urban trails is excellent. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Everything went very well and the hosts are really easy to get a hold of. We would absolutely stay there again and will check if that property is available for future visits to Flagstaff.

Great property for a large group!
We had a great time and were very comfortable! We loved the backyard (although the weather didn’t allow us to use it much).
The home is very equipped with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of linens available for a large group. We want to come back again!

"Cabin" in nice neighborhood
Beautiful, well appointed house with many amenities. Close to many activities and even though it is not a cabin in the woods, the area looks and feels like it is. Just be aware that if it is hot in Flagstaff, this house does not have air conditioning and can get warm with a wall of west facing windows. Well decorated house with a beautiful view.

Amanda's home was exceptionally equipped. The kithen was a dream. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are top of the line as were the pillows. Recreation equipment, games, outdoor fire pit, wrap around decks were amazing and functional. Walking trails just beyond the back gate. Trails are easy to access, and a pleasant stroll. If you are a family of 6, this is the place for you. Quiet neighborhood, but close to all services. Airport only a few minutes away. Highly recommended.
